A region full of cameras.Make your film the one people finish.

A film that people do not finish has failed, whatever it cost. PromotEdge, a video and marketing company, scripts, shoots and edits corporate, trade fair and ad films.

Each has one job: more stall visitors, a stronger pitch or more enquiries.

Most Delhi NCR film briefs come with a date already fixed: a stall at a big fair, a launch, an investor meeting or a festive campaign. So we ask first where the film will play and what the viewer should do next.

Our servicing team in Delhi runs scripts, planning and editing hybrid and remotely, and comes to the region for the recce and the shoot days. Our video production page explains how we make films anywhere in India, and our Delhi NCR page covers the wider plan.

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A dealer-led B2B (business-to-business) maker needs plant and product films. A services firm needs people and customer stories. An exporter needs a showroom film with units and shipping terms. A D2C (direct-to-consumer) brand needs short vertical cuts.

  1. Brief on a video call (week 1). The date, the viewer and every place the film will play decide the cut. A plain list of what the film must earn.
  2. Script and language (weeks 1-2). A Hindi film should be written in Hindi from the first line. You approve the script and shot list before money goes into the shoot. A script and shot list in the language of the viewer.
  3. Recce, shoot and edit. On a fair job we meet the organiser and the stall builder. In a plant we walk the route with your safety officer. Every format: full film, vertical reel, stall loop, silent 8-second cut.
  4. Use and measure. The idea gets the first cut and the numbers decide the next one. If we run your ads too, enquiries by version.

The 53rd New Delhi World Book Fair ran from 10 to 18 January 2026, and the National Book Trust has a tender out for photo and video coverage of the 2027 fair, so the organiser's crew films the fair, not you. YEIDA lists a Film City in Sector 21 as a project, not a studio you can book today.

Who sets the rules and who speaks for the industry

ASCI, the Advertising Standards Council of India, calls itself an independent, voluntary self-regulatory organisation for ads. AAAI, the Advertising Agencies Association of India, is the national trade body for advertising agencies, founded in 1945, and runs Goafest.

AI in video production: today and next

Today: AI video tools

Synthesia says it makes videos from a script with AI avatars and voiceovers in 140+ languages. Runway offers an AI workspace for generating and editing video, images and audio. Both are the companies' own claims. They suit explainers and rough cuts; a plant or a founder still needs a camera.

Today: labelling

ASCI's home page lists guidelines, published in September 2026, on labelling synthetically generated content in advertising. We will label AI pictures or voices in an ad.

Next

Our view: editing, captions and language versions will keep getting faster. Trust in a founder's face or a real plant stays human. Want us to look at where AI could help your next film? Ask us.

/ 03 Video production in Delhi NCR

What gets in the way in Delhi NCR, and the way through.

Four facts about the capital region change how we plan a film for it.

Your viewers watch national TV made down the road. India Today's MediaPlex is at FC-8, Sector 16A, Film City, Noida, and Zee Media's office is at FC-19 in the same sector. They are not our clients or suppliers. A dark, shaky company film looks weak next to the TV pictures people see daily, so light and sound get real time in our plan.

Fair halls work like film sets. ITPO (India Trade Promotion Organisation) runs Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan: 123 acres, with 6 exhibition halls. Yashobhoomi in Dwarka has a plenary hall for about 6,000 people. An exhibitor usually needs a teaser, a stall loop and a recap.

Most firms here sell services, so there is little to point a camera at. Services made up about 86% of Delhi's economy in 2025-26 (PRS Legislative Research). A software or finance firm has no machine to show, so we film people, customers and the work behind the screen, or add an animated explainer.

Language and screens set the cut. Hindi is Delhi's first official language, with Punjabi and Urdu second (Delhi Official Languages Act). TRAI counted 68.92 million internet subscribers in the Delhi telecom area in March 2026. So we plan a Hindi-first vertical cut with captions for phones, and a silent cut for roadside screens, from one shoot.

Our beliefWhat can't be measured can't be achieved.

/ 04 Delhi NCR shoot notes

Halls, screensand the dates that matter.

WhatIn Delhi NCRWhat it means for your film
India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida17 exhibition halls, plus 1,800 permanent showrooms run by 774 exporters (as on 31 July 2026).A showroom can be your set all year. Film the range there, not only on fair days.
Fairs ahead, 2026-27IHGF Delhi Fair, 13-17 October, and Renewable Energy India Expo, 22-24 October (India Expo Centre). IITF, 14-27 November at Bharat Mandapam. Bharat Mobility, 4-9 February 2027.Book shoot slots with the organiser early. Plan the teaser three weeks before opening day.
Roadside LED screensUnder the 2017 policy, LED screens can be up to 10 m by 5 m. Each ad stays up at least 8 seconds. Outdoor ads for alcohol, tobacco and drugs are banned.Cut a silent 8-second version with one message and a big logo.
Permission for public placesPermissions differ by road, metro station, monument and venue across Delhi, Noida and Gurugram. We apply for what the shoot needs with the venue or the authority. This is general guidance, not legal advice.Never film on a road, in a station or at a monument without written permission.

Sources as cited in each row, checked 4 October 2026. Venues, fairs and authorities are named as facts about Delhi NCR, not as PromotEdge clients, partners or suppliers. Confirm show dates with the organisers.

/ 05 Cost

What affects the cost of a film in Delhi NCR.

No price list. These things move the number.

Third-party costs such as venue charges, cast, studio hire, licensed music and travel are billed at actuals. You see each one before you approve it.

What affects the cost

  • Shoot days, and whether the sets are in one city or spread across Delhi, Noida and Gurugram
  • Fair work: the organiser's filming rules and charges, and how many show days to cover
  • Cast and voice artists, and the language versions: Hindi, Urdu, English or more
  • Post-production: same-day edits, graphics, animation for services with nothing to film
  • Number of versions: full film, vertical reel, stall loop, 8-second LED cut

How we quote

  1. A video call about the date, the viewer and every place the film will play
  2. A script outline and a written scope for you to approve, trim or question
  3. Shoot days are booked only after your yes

What you get in the quote

  • Script, shoot days and where they happen
  • Each version and language, listed by name
  • Cast and music rights: where and for how long the film may run

When you compare quotes, ask for the fee, travel and rights on separate lines. A cheap quote can leave out cast usage rights, which limit where and for how long the film may run.

Straight answers.

  • We serve Delhi NCR through a servicing team based in cities across India, so distance is not a problem. Films are planned and edited hybrid and remotely, and we stay in touch every day. We meet you in Delhi, Noida or Gurugram at least once every three months, and for the recce and the shoot days.

  • Yes, if we plan early. IITF runs at Bharat Mandapam from 14 to 27 November 2026; its first five days are for business visitors only, the days to film buyer interviews. Bharat Mobility runs from 4 to 9 February 2027. Each organiser has its own crew rules. Stalls: exhibition stall design in Delhi NCR page.

  • Yes. Hindi is Delhi's first official language, and Urdu comes second. Our language partners write scripts in Hindi, Urdu, English and more, and our team checks them. A Hindi film should be written in Hindi from the start, not translated at the end.

  • Usually, yes. We visit first, follow your safety rules and plan shots around shift changes. One planned day often gives the main film, the short cuts and stills. Plant films follow your shift times, so tell us about changeovers and restricted areas before the recce.

  • A corporate film shot at one site usually takes a few weeks from brief to final cut, mostly on the script and approvals. Results depend on where the film plays. A stall film shows its worth in that week's visitors. A website film shows it in enquiries over the next few months. We confirm the timeline in the quote.

  • For a big shoot with cast and sets, probably yes. Diwali falls on 8 November 2026, and your ads should be live well before it. A short product film or new cuts of footage you own can still be ready. Festive posting is on our social media marketing in Delhi NCR page.

  • We won't claim that title, and no one can prove it. Ask each company four things. Who directs and who edits? Can you see three films made for a business goal like yours? Are cast and music rights included? How will they know if the film worked? Ask us the same.
