Graphic designfor Delhi NCR
In Delhi, a design gets a few seconds in a hall, on a road or on a phone. A good design makes someone call you. That is the only test we use.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Delhi gives your designa few seconds. Use them.
A design in Delhi gets a few seconds, in a hall, on a road or on a phone, and the first look decides the call. PromotEdge, a graphic design company, makes catalogues, stall graphics, press ads and hoarding artwork that bring that call, visit or order.
Our job is to impress your customers, not you. Our servicing team in Delhi works hybrid, with briefs and reviews on video calls. We visit regularly, and place our team at your unit or stall when a job needs it.
Printing is delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy. We send press-ready files and check the proof with you before the full run.
The full list of formats is on the national graphic design page. Selling in more than one city? Compare graphic design in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, where fairs, scripts and boards differ.

Four things that change a Delhi design brief.
The same brochure can work in one city and fail in another. Four Delhi facts shape the artwork.
1. The fairs set the deadlines. ITPO (India Trade Promotion Organisation) says IITF draws more than 7,000 exhibitors from over 30 countries. IITF 2026 runs 14 to 27 November, and only business visitors enter in the first five days. So one show has two audiences, and we design both sets in one look.
Bharat Mobility, the auto show, runs 4 to 9 February 2027 across three venues, and its organisers say the 2025 edition had 1,500+ exhibitors.
2. Hindi, English, and sometimes Urdu. Hindi is Delhi's first official language, and Punjabi and Urdu are second. ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulations) lists English and Hindi dailies for New Delhi. Hindi needs more line space and Urdu runs right to left, so we lay out each script on its own.
3. Outdoor sizes are fixed by policy. Under the Delhi Outdoor Advertising Policy 2017, no ad goes up without the Commissioner's written permission. One idea must work as a near-square board and as a long strip, so we draw both from the start.
4. Different buyers, different calendars. Shops and consumer brands work to the festive list: Dussehra on 20 October and Diwali on 8 November in 2026. Artwork must be final weeks before, as booking and printing come after.
Where your designwill be seen in Delhi.
Fairs, boards and signs each ask for a different file. These are the Delhi limits that shape the artwork.

- 01
Fix the date first
The fair's opening day, or Dussehra or Diwali for a shop. We plan back from it and say if it is too tight.
- 02
One brief, one action
Who will hold this piece, and what should they do next? Everything on the page serves that one action.
- 03
Words before layout
We draft the text and check every spec, price and phone number with you before layout.
- 04
Routes shown in place
Two or three ideas, each shown where it will live: a stall wall, a Hindi press page or a phone screen.
- 05
Every size and script
Each size and language, with CMYK colour (the four inks printers use) and bleed (artwork past the cut line).
- 06
Print, then count
Each show's QR code is tagged. What can't be measured can't be achieved, so you see which fair and piece brought the enquiries.

How we deliver it, and why
How your business model changes the plan
A maker selling to dealers needs a catalogue and a stall kit first. A shop needs festive creatives and a clear board. A startup needs a pitch deck and a launch set. A franchise needs one look that survives many shopfronts.
- Collect what buyers already see. A design that clashes with your sign and website looks like a different firm. Your catalogue, stall and ads side by side.
- Write the words with you. Specs, prices and show dates keep changing, and change is the only constant. A text sheet you sign off.
- Draw Hindi and English as separate layouts. Hindi needs more line space and Urdu runs right to left. Every script laid out on its own.
- Prepare two kits for fairs with a trade-only window. Trade and public days want different things. A spec catalogue and an offer leaflet in one look.
- Tag the QR code for each show. You can then count which fair paid. Scans and enquiries by fair.
AI in graphic design: today and next
Today
Adobe Firefly makes images from text and can fill or extend a picture. Adobe says its models are commercially safe and that outputs carry Content Credentials showing AI was used. Good for drafts and mood boards, but check any face, logo or Hindi text yourself.

Our view: rough layouts will get faster. A price list, a phone number and a Hindi headline still need a person who checks every word. Want us to show where AI saves time on your next kit? Ask us.

What affects the cost of graphic design in Delhi.
No price list. These things move the number.
Printing, photography, stock images and fonts are outside costs, billed at actuals. You see each before you approve it.
What affects the cost
- How many pieces, and how many sizes each one needs
- Languages: each extra script, such as Hindi or Urdu, is a fresh layout
- Whether we write the words or you supply approved text
- Fairs a year, and whether each needs a new kit or an update
- Lead time: work squeezed into the weeks before IITF or Diwali needs more hands
How we quote
- A first call about your buyers, your show or season dates, and what you already have
- A written scope naming every piece, size and language
- A fixed design quote within 2 working days, with printing listed apart
What you get in the quote
- Each piece, with its sizes and language versions
- Design routes and rounds of changes covered, and the files you get
Comparing quotes? Ask how many sizes, languages and rounds each covers, and who owns the open files.
What happensafter you ask.

We serve Delhi, Noida and Gurugram through our servicing team, based in cities across India. Your designs are made by our in-house team of 65+ people. Briefs and proofs run on video calls and shared files. We meet you in Delhi at least once every three months.
-
Very likely, if we start soon. IITF 2026 opens on 14 November, but Diwali falls on 8 November and print jobs slow down. So we aim to send your files to the printer before Diwali. The stall is a separate job: see exhibition stall design in Delhi NCR.

It depends on who reads them. Trade buyers and foreign visitors at a fair usually want English. Shoppers and families in Delhi often respond better to Hindi. Urdu works where your buyers read it. Our language partners write all three, and each script gets its own layout.
-
Yes, if you want us to. We prepare press-ready files, check the proof with you before the full run, and keep the print bill on its own line, so you can compare it with any other printer's quote. Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof.
-
Yes. We size the artwork to Delhi's 2017 outdoor policy and to the exact site you have booked. The permission belongs to the site owner, so ask for the Commissioner's letter. For the sites, see outdoor advertising in Delhi NCR. General guidance, not legal advice.

For a fair kit, you will know within days of the show, because each show's QR code is tagged. For press ads and festive creatives, count calls and walk-ins in the weeks around the campaign. A new brand look builds trust over months. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
