Naming
Names said out loud in Hindi and English, checked for a free web address and trademark clashes.

Delhi buyers meet a brand in many places in one day, and a name that looks different each time is never learned. Built for a Hindi ad, a market board and a fair stall.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A Delhi buyer may meet your name in a Hindi daily, on a market board and at a Pragati Maidan stall in one day. PromotEdge, a branding agency and marketing company, shapes your name, logo and identity so all three look like one firm.
Branding means deciding how people should see your business, then making every sign and pack say it. Our servicing team in Delhi starts on video and comes to you for workshops, photo days and launches.
Our method is on the branding and identity page. See the Delhi NCR page, or the Noida page if you are based there. We run the same service for Mumbai and Bangalore brands too.
A one-page brief on who you serve, what you stand for and how you sound, before any drawing.
02Both versions drawn as one family, tested small on a phone, large on a fascia and in one colour.

Packs that stand out on a shelf and as a small picture in an online store.
05Stall graphics, brochure, staff badges and a short brand film, ready before the hall opens.

Three things that shape a Delhi brand.
Most firms here sell what you cannot touch. Services made up about 86% of Delhi's economy in 2025-26 (PRS Legislative Research). Delhi had 21,120+ recognised startups on 31 March 2026 (state count, Inc42). The name and look do the early selling.
One brand, more than one language. Hindi is Delhi's first official language, Punjabi and Urdu the second. The ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulations) lists English and Hindi dailies for New Delhi. We draw the Hindi name with the English one.
Many brands first meet buyers at a fair. ITPO says IITF draws 7,000+ exhibitors from 30+ countries. The 2026 fair runs at Bharat Mandapam, 14 to 27 November.
Bharat Mobility follows on 4 to 9 February 2027 (organisers: 1,500+ exhibitors in 2025). In a full hall, a clear mark decides whether a buyer stops.

| Delhi factor | The facts | For your brand |
|---|---|---|
| Permission for any sign | Delhi Outdoor Advertising Policy 2017: no ad without the Commissioner's written permission. No ads for alcohol, tobacco or drugs. | Ask your sign maker who gets the permission before you pay. |
| Shop signs | Signs on your own shop are self-advertising: up to 2.5 sq m per property, none longer than the shop. | Design the logo to read in a small, wide strip. |
| LED screens | Each LED ad must stay on screen for at least 8 seconds. | Keep a still version that works in one look. |
| Launch dates | Dussehra on 20 October and Diwali on 8 November 2026 (Delhi gazette). | For 2026 the festive window is already tight. |
Checked 4 October 2026. Outdoor rules are general guidance, not legal advice. Shows and venues are context, not PromotEdge clients.

A video call with the owners and sales head: who buys, why, and where they first see your name.
Photos of your shop, packs, stall and ads side by side. Then who the brand is for and how it talks. You sign it off.
Two or three routes on a narrow shop strip, a Hindi press ad and an 8-second screen. Think creative, act on numbers.
One route, polished, with a short guide and every file your printer, sign maker and web team will ask for.
Signs, packs, stationery, website and social media change on a plan, so old and new looks do not mix for months.
Deeper reading if you want the research behind the plan.
A service firm leans on name, website and LinkedIn. A trader needs a board that reads from across a market lane. A franchise needs one look that survives many shopfronts. A maker selling to dealers needs a catalogue and stall kit first.
Adobe Express offers a logo maker where you enter a brand name, pick an industry and style, and it generates designs to choose from. The page does not say what rights you get. Good for rough ideas, not for a mark you plan to own.

Our view: rough ideas will keep getting cheaper. A logo that must be unique, ready in Hindi and cleared as a trademark still needs a person. Want us to show where AI saves time on your brand? Ask us.

No price list. These things move the number.
A full identity takes about six weeks to design. Sign making, printing, stalls and travel pass through at actuals.
When you compare quotes, check who will draw the logo and whether you get the source files and the rights.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.
Brands and people are named only as public examples. They are not PromotEdge clients or endorsers unless stated.
The expertise that fits your business, and the places we work.
We serve Delhi, Noida and Gurugram through our servicing team, based in cities across India. We meet you in Delhi at least once every three months, and come for workshops, photo days and launches. Most of the early work, the brief and the first routes, happens on video calls.
It helps you decide how buyers should see your business, then designs what shows it: brief, name, logo, colours and a guide. It should test on your real signs and packs, not just a slide. A good agency also tells you what to leave alone.
If many of your buyers read Hindi, yes. Hindi is Delhi's first official language, and Urdu is also official. Our language partners write both. Draw the Hindi name with the English one, so both look like one brand. A Hindi line added later usually looks stuck on.
Under the 2017 outdoor policy, no ad goes up without the Commissioner's written permission. Signs on your own shop follow simpler rules. Larger boards are on our outdoor advertising in Delhi NCR page. General guidance, not legal advice, so check with your sign maker.
For IITF, 14 to 27 November 2026, time is short. A full identity and stall graphics need about two months, so a small refresh may be wiser. For Bharat Mobility, 4 to 9 February 2027, start by early November. Tell us your date and we will say what is realistic.
A full identity takes about six weeks to design. Business results come slower: over three to six months, watch whether more people search for your name. We confirm the timeline in the quote, and we check progress with you at each stage.
We won't claim to be right for everyone. Ask each agency who will draw your logo and to show brands it built, with the brief. Ask whether it tests on real signs and packs. Ask what the quote includes and who owns the files at the end. Ask us the same.
