/ 01 Corporate photography

Real faces and real roomsbuild trust faster.

Most company websites carry pictures that are years old, or stock photos nobody believes. PromotEdge plans and shoots corporate photography for companies across India: leadership portraits, team and office pictures, and events, with a time slot for each person and every file sized for web, print and LinkedIn.

Here is what we usually see: one team photo from 2019, a few phone pictures from the last event and a stock photo on the About page.

Our job is to impress your customers, not you. So we shoot for the reader of the page: a buyer checking you out, a candidate deciding to apply, an investor reading a report. Plant and product shoots are on our photography page. Want us to look at your current pictures?

/ 03 What usually gets in the way

What usually gets in the way,and the way through.

“Our leaders are always in meetings and nobody has time for a shoot.”

Each person gets a short slot, usually 10 to 15 minutes. We shoot in their own office if that is easier.

“Every photo looks different: some in a tie, some on a phone, each on another wall.”

We set one simple look for light, background and framing, and write it down so new joiners match later.

“The team feels awkward in front of a camera.”

We talk first, shoot a few frames, show the screen and retake. Nobody is rushed, and nobody is made to pose.

“Our office looks dull or cluttered in pictures.”

We visit first, say what to tidy, pick the best light and shoot the spaces your people really use.

“Event pictures reach us weeks later, when the moment has passed.”

We agree a must-have shot list and a date for a first set before the event.

“HR, the website and the annual report each need different crops.”

One shoot, planned for all of them: portrait, banner and print crops, named by person.

/ 04 How we work

From briefto final files.

A small team or one office is usually shot in a day; bigger offices and many cities take longer. We confirm the timeline in the quote. Our servicing team is based in cities across India.

  1. 01

    Brief

Who is shot, where the pictures will run and by when. We can't do magic alone: a quick list of names, roles and slots keeps the day smooth, and someone at your end to guide us around.

  2. 02

    Visit and plan

We check light, space and permissions at your site, and set the schedule and the look.

  3. 03

    Shoot

Short slots, one set-up per space, and a screen to review as we go.

  4. 04

    Select

You choose the favourite frame for each person from a short list.

  5. 05

    Edit

Colour, tidy-up and light retouching, then a first set for your feedback. Skin stays natural; we remove a stray cable or a bin, not a person.

  6. 06

    Deliver

Final files sized for web, print and LinkedIn, with a short style note for future shoots. We check the pictures on your live pages, on a phone.

More on this

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A D2C (direct to consumer) brand shows founders and makers beside the product. A dealer-led B2B (business to business) firm needs plant, leader and dealer-meet pictures that buyers check before a visit.

In professional services the people are the product, so portraits matter most. A business with many branches needs the one-look note, so every outlet matches.

  1. Visit before we shoot. Light, space and the day's calendar decide the schedule. A short site note.
  2. Set one look for everyone. Matching pictures read as one confident company. A one-page style note.
  3. Give each person a fixed slot. Busy people agree when they know it is short. A schedule sent a day before.
  4. Let people choose their frame. People use a picture they like. A short list per person.

AI in corporate photography: today and next

Today and next

Adobe says Firefly can remove items, expand backgrounds and upscale images, and that its outputs carry Content Credentials showing AI was used. Content Credentials is an open standard from the C2PA coalition. We would use such tools to tidy a backdrop or stretch a banner. We would not make a leader's portrait with AI: it is not the real person. Get written consent from anyone whose picture is edited, and ask your legal team about data rules. Ask us where AI fits yours.

/ 05 Cost

What affects the cost ofcorporate photography.

No price list: a ten-person office and a four-city rollout are very different jobs. Shoots are usually quoted by the half-day or day, plus editing.

What affects the cost

  • Number of people and locations
  • Shoot days, and travel to your sites
  • Studio backdrop and lights, or your own office
  • Events: hours covered and photographers needed
  • Editing and retouching per image
  • Usage: web only, or print and press as well

How we quote

  1. You tell us who is shot, where and where the pictures will run
  2. We write a scope: shoot days, shot list and files you receive
  3. The quote comes within 2 working days, with each cost on its own line

What you get in the quote

  • Planning and a visit to your site
  • Shoot days and the agreed edited images
  • Files in your sizes, with usage terms in writing

When you compare quotes, check the number of edited images, the level of retouching and who may use the pictures.

/ 06 What happens next

What happensafter you ask.

Straight answers.

  • It is photography of a company and its people: leadership portraits, team pictures, offices and events. The pictures are used on the website, LinkedIn, annual reports and careers pages, and they show a buyer who they will deal with. Each has a planned use.

  • It depends on the number of people, shoot days, locations and editing. We quote against a written scope after one conversation, within 2 working days. Travel and extra photographers are separate lines, so you can compare quotes on scope. Ask what usage is included.

  • As planning guidance, a small team or one office is usually shot in a day, and editing follows. Bigger offices, several cities or slow approvals add time. Editing and your feedback add a few days. We confirm the timeline in the quote.

  • Usually yes, with a fixed slot for each person, one set-up per space and a schedule shared a day before. For a large team we add a second photographer or a second day. We say which, before you book, with HR agreeing the order.

  • Both are possible. A plain backdrop in a spare room gives matching headshots with little fuss, while leaders and workplace pictures look better in their real spaces. We visit first and recommend the mix. Leaders often suit the real office best.

  • Yes, as good practice. Ask each person to agree in writing to how their picture will be used, and tell them how to withdraw. This is general guidance, not legal advice, so ask your legal team about data-protection rules. Keep signed forms safely.

  • Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India. We work hybrid and remotely, visit regularly and, when a shoot needs it, work at your site. Tell us the cities and dates, and we plan the route. One plan keeps pictures matching.

  • No published case of ours is a corporate photo shoot yet, so we show no results here. In a first meeting we can look at your About page and team page, and say what we would reshoot first. We also plan the day.
