A post that earns likes but no calls has not worked for an Indore food seller or shop. PromotEdge plans Hindi and English feeds for Indore's sellers, jewellers, shops and firms, and counts the orders and calls a post brings, not the likes.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Indore shares colour on its streets and food after dark, so a feed that ignores the city's own year feels like an outsider's. PromotEdge plans your posts around that year, edits Reels (short vertical videos), answers messages and runs small paid tests.
We do it for Indore's food sellers, jewellers, shops, clinics and firms, so that the people who follow you start to call, visit and order.
One term first. Organic reach is when people see your post for free, because they follow you or a friend shared it. A paid post is one you pay Meta, the owner of Instagram and Facebook, to show to more people.
We have worked since 2015. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most account work runs online, in hybrid mode.
Our method for any brand is on the national social media marketing page, and the city as a whole on our Indore overview. Below is only what changes here.
Diwali, Rangpanchami, Ganeshotsav and Anant Chaturdashi, beside your own sale days. Drafts reach you four weeks early.
The namkeen counter at noon, the stall at Sarafa after dark. We write the shot list and edit the clips. Our in-house team shoots, with a partner agency where a job needs one.
03Written by our language partners, people who speak it, never pushed through an app.
04Close-ups of new pieces in your own shop light. Price questions go straight to WhatsApp.
For shops and clinics near an open station: its name in posts and on your profile, so a rider knows where to walk.
Hiring posts for Super Corridor firms; Infosys says its Indore centre has over 3,300 staff. Work posts for soybean processors, whose trade body, SOPA, has sat here since 1979.
07Replies on working days, and in the evening if you sell at night. Price questions reach your staff on WhatsApp that day.
08A little money behind two or three posts, aimed at parts of Indore. Then we back the one that brings chats.
Our job is to impress your customers, not you.
Each point comes from a public source, checked on 4 October 2026. Each changes what, when or where you post.
Two street days the whole city turns out for. On Rangpanchami, five days after Holi, the city corporation sprinkles coloured water on the main streets of old Indore. The district site says the custom goes back to Holkar rule. Wikipedia calls the procession the Ger. On Anant Chaturdashi in September, the corporation and the Indore Development Authority lead a procession of tableaux, or decorated floats, with the old textile mills. Both return every year. They are days to share the city's joy, not to push a sale.
Four more public facts: the Hindi language, Sarafa by day and night, the clean-city record and the new metro.
Hindi first, with a Malwa accent. The district administration names Hindi as the language of Indore, a city on the Malwa plateau. Wikipedia also counts Malvi speakers, at 1.41%. So offers and festival wishes often read warmer in Hindi, while hiring posts may stay in English. Our language partners write captions in Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati and more.
One street, two shifts. By day, Sarafa near Rajwada is a jewellery market known for silver and namkeen (savoury snack) shops. By night, MP Tourism calls it "a hotspot for foodies". It says 56 Dukaan is "always thronged by foodies" too. At the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Indore in January 2023, the Prime Minister spoke of the city's food fame. For restaurants and sweet shops, the food is the content. For jewellers on the same street, the day crowd is the audience.
A city proud of being clean. In July 2025 the central government placed Indore in the "Super Swachh League" of its national cleanliness survey. That league is for cities placed in the first three at least once in three years. They must also sit in the cleanest fifth of cities their size. The Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC), the city's local government, says Indore was ranked India's cleanest city seven years in a row. That line was written before the 2024-25 result. Pride posts work, in the city's words.
New stations, new places to tag. The metro's first stretch, about 6 km, opened on 31 May 2025. By September 2026 about 17 km was open, says the state metro company. A café, clinic or builder near an open station can name it in posts. We call a station open only once trains stop there. Next, how this becomes weekly work.
Indore has two big crowd days, Rangpanchami in March and Anant Chaturdashi in September. Its food streets, Sarafa Bazar and 56 Dukaan, are busy too. Plan festival posts early. Food sellers can post short evening videos, and jewellers daytime close-ups.
| Indore date or place | The record | The post it suggests |
|---|---|---|
| Rangpanchami (every March) | Five days after Holi. Coloured water on old Indore's main streets, a custom from Holkar rule (district site). | Colour-day greetings drafted in February, and clips your staff film from the crowd. |
| Anant Chaturdashi (every September) | The last day of Ganeshotsav. The tableaux start from the Malwa Mill area (district site). | Ganeshotsav posts that end on the tableaux day. Draft them by July. |
| Sarafa Bazar | "A hotspot for foodies at night"; silver jewellery and namkeen shops by day (MP Tourism). | Evening Reels for food sellers, daytime close-ups for jewellers. |
| 56 Dukaan | "Always thronged by foodies" (MP Tourism). | Weekly dish clips tagged to the street, each with a line on how to order. |
| Clean-city record | In the Super Swachh League for 2024-25 (PIB, the government's press office, 17 July 2025). | Pride posts that quote the city, never numbers of our own. |
| Metro | About 17 km and 16 stations by September 2026, from Gandhi Nagar to Radisson Square (Swarajya). | Your nearest open station, named in posts and on your profile. |
| Airport, 2025-26 | 42,44,999 passengers, up 12.9%: faster than Jaipur, Lucknow, Surat or Kochi on the same Airports Authority of India table. | A small ad test for visitors: hotels, food walks, gift boxes of sweets. |
Sources as cited, checked 4 October 2026. Places and events are named as part of Indore, not as PromotEdge clients. Next, how we would start.

We confirm the timeline in the quote. The other four steps are in the fold below.
Who buys, which weeks sell, and what your counter staff hear most. If ads would help more than posts, you hear it then.
Your last three months of posts, set beside two Indore businesses your buyers follow.
Weeks 2 to 12 and every month: your pages, the voice, the year and the shots, and the count.
We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck. We never lift another brand's plan, because what sells for one Sarafa stall can fail for the next. We try a few kinds of post and grow what works.
Which posts go out in Hindi. Our language partners write them, and you approve each one.
Festivals and launches on one plan, with the clips we need. Staff can film many on a phone; our own team shoots the rest.
Say, a dish Reel, a staff story and an offer. The one that brings messages gets more budget.
Calls, chats and orders beside what you spent. What can't be measured can't be achieved. What brings nothing is dropped, and we say why.
Free plan: a 30-minute call with a strategist and a one-page plan. No price list here, on purpose. We put the scope in writing, then price each line. Meta ad money is paid at actual cost, after you approve it.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Monthly retainer | Calendar, Reels, replies and paid tests, reviewed monthly; minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |
| Season push | A fixed scope for one stretch, such as Diwali; timeline confirmed in the quote |
| Plan and hand over | A 90-day plan that your own staff then run; timeline confirmed in the quote |
Five things that move the quote, and what to ask when you compare quotes.
Hindi, English or both. Two languages mean two sets of captions and a careful Hindi read.
The festival stretch. Diwali, Ganeshotsav and Rangpanchami need extra posts and quicker replies.
Late hours. Food brands that sell after dark need evening replies too.
Who films. Phone clips from your staff cost less than a shoot day in Indore, with travel added.
How many apps. LinkedIn for a soybean processor is lighter than three apps for a busy restaurant.
Compare quotes on the same work. How many Reels a month? Who reads your Hindi? Who films in Indore? Is GST included, and is ad money inside or apart? The answers below cover offices and timing.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.
The expertise that fits your business, and the places we work.
Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and an in-house team of 65+ plans your posts with it. You hear from us daily, and we meet you in Indore at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your site.
Mostly Hindi, if your buyers are local families; the district names Hindi as Indore's language. English suits hiring posts and buyers in other states. Every Hindi caption comes from our language partners, and a fluent reader checks it first. Tell us who follows you, and we suggest the split.
Plenty. Diwali brings its own season, and phone-shot Reels can be ready quickly. Rangpanchami returns every March, five days after Holi, so draft by February. Anant Chaturdashi returns every September; plan it by July. Tell us your busiest month, and we will build the calendar backwards from it.
It picks the apps your buyers use, then writes posts, edits Reels, answers messages and runs small paid tests. Each month it shows which posts brought orders. A Sarafa stall may need Instagram; a soybean processor, LinkedIn. The pages stay in your name.
More saves and messages come first, and a regular flow of orders comes later. B2B (business to business) sellers wait longer, since their buyers decide slowly. Ads bring messages in days, but end when your budget does. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
Ask every agency the same things, us included. Show us a client's monthly report, name covered. Who checks our Hindi? Who films in Indore? If we part ways, are the pages ours? Then pick the plainest answers you can check, in writing.
