Few firms need prime-time TV. Most need one clear line in the paper their buyer reads. Planned with you, judged on what it brings you.

Newsrooms down the road.Buyers across the world.

Good PR starts with real news, because reporters cannot be paid to print anything. PromotEdge, a PR and marketing company, finds the news inside your firm, writes it up and offers it to the trade, business and Hindi reporters who cover your field.

PR, or public relations, means getting other people to tell your story. You don't pay for that space, so coverage is earned and no agency can promise it.

Noida has an odd mix. National TV offices sit a few sectors from software firms and export showrooms. Here's what we usually see: a component maker needs one line in a trade title that a buyer in Germany can find, far more than prime-time TV.

Our Delhi team looks after Noida, with writers from our servicing team in cities across India. We meet you on video and come for launches and show days. The general method is on our public relations services page, the city on our Noida overview.

/ 02 What we do for Noida firms

PR work, matched to who reads it.

01

Trade press for exporters

For IT, electronics and export firms: product and capacity stories pitched to the trade titles your buyers read.

02

Startup launches and funding news

A short announcement with the numbers reporters ask for first, and founder interviews the same week.

03

Show PR at India Expo Centre

News sent to trade reporters before the show, with interview slots at your stall.

04

Founder and expert voice

Short, clear comment from your experts on news in their field, with speaker practice first.

05

English and Hindi press notes

English for business desks, Hindi for many city desks. Each is written fresh by our language partners.

06

Reputation and crisis plans

A ready statement, a named speaker and a plan for what people find when they search your name.

More on this

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

An exporter pitches trade titles around shows. A startup pitches funding and hiring news to business desks. A services firm builds founder voices. A D2C (direct-to-consumer) brand pitches launches to lifestyle desks.

  1. Name the reader (week 1). A buyer abroad, an investor and a Hindi desk each need a different first line. A one-page reader list from a video call.
  2. Find the news (weeks 1-2). We would rather be blunt than pleasing: if it isn't news, we say so. A story list. The more involved you are, the faster stories reach print.
  3. Build the kit and the calendar. Stories land when reporters have room, around India Expo shows and festival weeks. Press note, fact sheet, photos and a speaker brief, in English and Hindi.
  4. Offer it desk by desk, then report monthly. No bought lists and no promised placements. If we can't measure it, we don't claim it. Each story with outlet and date, and the enquiries that followed.

More Noida reference

Dussehra falls on 20 October and Diwali on 8 November 2026 (Delhi's holiday list), and business news does better just before or after. Amar Ujala lists a Noida office at C-21, Sector 59. The government's private FM list has no Noida entry, while Delhi has 9 stations; Akashvani runs FM Gold 100.1 and FM Rainbow 102.6. DLF Mall of India in Sector 18 has 2 million sq ft and over 400 brands, by its own count.

Who sets the rules and keeps the standards

PRSI, the Public Relations Society of India, calls itself a 60-year-old organisation of PR professionals, with 23 chapters including Delhi. PRCAI, the Public Relations Consultants Association of India, was formed by PR firms over two decades ago and keeps a code of conduct.

AI in PR: today and next

Today: Google

Google says its AI Overviews and AI Mode link to supporting pages, and that a page must be indexed and eligible to show in Search with a snippet. A trade story on an indexed page can be one of those links. Inclusion is never guaranteed.

Our view: drafting and monitoring will keep getting faster. Judging what is news, and getting a reporter to call back, stay human. Want us to look at where AI could help your next release? Ask us.

/ 03 PR in Noida

What gets in the way in Noida, and the way through.

Four facts shape how we plan PR for a Noida firm.

Your buyer is often far away. STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) helps IT firms export. Its Noida centre opened in 1993, the first in Delhi-NCR. Units under it exported software worth ₹60,429.89 crore in 2024-25, a total for its whole area. So we aim at the trade titles a buyer abroad trusts.

One exhibition ground sets the trade calendar. India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida has 17 halls and 1,800 showrooms run by 774 exporters, as on 31 July 2026. Trade reporters come to its big shows looking for new products. An exhibitor who briefs them early stands out.

National newsrooms sit in the district. India Today's MediaPlex is at FC-8, Sector 16A, Film City, and Zee Media's office is at FC-19 in the same sector. They are not our clients or contacts. Being close to a newsroom does not get you on air. A clear story does.

Young firms and new projects compete for attention. Uttar Pradesh had more than 21,960 DPIIT-recognised startups on 31 March 2026, a state total. Noida International Airport at Jewar began commercial flights on 15 June 2026. A story with real numbers gets picked first.

/ 05 Cost

What affects the cost of PR in Noida.

Earned coverage has no media bill. Costs such as a room, a photographer or travel are billed at actuals, and you see each one before you approve it.

What affects the cost

  • Stories a month, and whether they aim at trade, business, Hindi or TV desks
  • Where your readers are: Noida and NCR, all of India, or buyers abroad
  • Trade shows: pre-show pitching and show-day interview booking
  • Hindi versions, each written fresh
  • Press meets in Noida: room, sound, photos and our travel

How we quote

  1. A first video call about your news and your readers
  2. A written scope: stories, desks and languages
  3. A quote against that scope, with outside costs on their own lines

What you get in the quote

  • The stories we plan to pitch, and to which desks
  • Show and launch dates we will work around
  • What we report each month

When you compare quotes, ask how many stories each will pitch, and to whom. Ask whether any "guaranteed coverage" is really paid space.

PR for your Noida business

Tell us what changed this year. We'll tell you who would report it.

Or leave your number. A strategist calls you in one working day.

We use these details only to call you back. Privacy notice.

Straight answers.

  • Noida is well within reach. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, so writing, pitching and reports run hybrid and remotely. We are in touch every day and come to Noida at least once every three months, plus launches and show days. For a big press meet, we can sit with you at your site.

  • It finds the real news in your business and writes it up. It then offers that news to the reporters who cover your field and prepares your speaker for their calls. What it cannot do is buy you a news story: coverage is earned, so a good agency never promises it.

  • We can't promise it, and nobody honestly can. National channels want stories that matter across India, with pictures and a speaker ready the same day. For most firms, trade and business titles bring more useful readers. Desks on the Delhi side are on our PR in Delhi NCR page.

  • For shows in mid-October 2026, a full plan is late, because trade reporters fix show coverage two to three weeks ahead. A short note with one real piece of news can still work. For Bharat Mobility, 4 to 9 February 2027, now is a good time to start. Stalls are on our events and exhibitions in Noida page.

  • Yes. Many city desks and Hindi papers prefer Hindi, so a Hindi note should be written for them from the first line, not translated at the end. Through our language partners we create content in Hindi, English and more, and our team briefs and checks every note before it goes out.

  • A story with real news can run within days. Being known in your field takes three to six months of steady work. We judge it on enquiries and searches for your name, not on a pile of clippings. We confirm the timeline in the quote, which we send within 2 working days.

  • Ongoing monthly work has a 3-month minimum, after which you can stop with 30 days' notice. A single launch or show project is quoted against its own scope and dates instead. The quote, sent within 2 working days, states which one applies to you.

  • We won't claim that, and no one can prove it. Ask each agency, us included, three things. Who will actually call the reporters? Can they show coverage they earned, not bought? Do they promise placements? If they do, walk away, because no honest agency can promise a placement.
