/ 01 Social media marketing agency in Vadodara

A city of garba and kites.Make it work for your sales.

A social media marketing agency in Vadodara earns its fee when followers turn into walk-ins and orders, not likes. PromotEdge plans your calendar and makes Reels.

We also run paid social for Vadodara shops and firms to get you there.

Vadodara hands every brand a ready calendar: nine nights of garba, a morning of kites and a palace on the postcards. That is also the trap. When every feed shows the same dance, nobody stands out. Show what only you make or sell, then tell people the next step.

Our method for any brand is on the national social media marketing page, and the wider city is on our Vadodara overview.

/ 02 What we run for Vadodara brands

Calendars and Reels,made for Vadodara.

01

A calendar from Navratri to Uttarayan

Dussehra, Diwali, Bestu Varas, the kite morning and your own sales on one shared plan, approved weeks before each date.

02

Reels from the counter and the plant floor

A garment on the rail, a part off the lathe or a stall at closing time: real hands at work, filmed at your shop, unit or stall.

03

Directions posts

The road, then the shop, then the shelf. Each post ends with timings and a map pin, plus the landmark people know.

04

Gujarati, Hindi or English, post by post

An offer may go out in Gujarati and a firm's news in English, each written for its reader by our language partners.

05

Replies, then WhatsApp

Comments and messages answered every working day. A buyer asking about a price reaches your sales person on WhatsApp the same day.

06

Paid social, aimed by area

Meta ads go only behind posts that already pull replies, aimed at the city or the wider district as your buyers need.

07

LinkedIn for firms that sell elsewhere

For plants and suppliers whose buyers live in other cities: pages that show your process and your people.

What we believe

We know digital inside out, and we think like an Indian business.

/ 03 What shapes a Vadodara feed

Five Vadodara facts that decide the calendar.

Each one changes what we post and when. Two are here and three more are in the fold below.

1. Garba is a dance of worship. The district describes Navratri as nine nights to worship the goddess Durga, tied to the folk dance Garba. UNESCO added "Garba of Gujarat" to its heritage list in 2023, and describes dancers moving in circles around a lit clay pot or an image of the mother goddess. So show your product beside the dance, never in place of it, and ask before you film anyone.

2. The park and the palace are a backdrop everyone uses. The district calls Sayaji Baug a large riverbank park with a bandstand in the city centre. It says Laxmi Vilas Palace is full of multi-coloured marble and mosaic tile. Everyone posts them. Your post should show what you sell in front of them, with the next step.

Three more facts: the kite morning, the campus and the weather.

The Vadodara market for social media

3. Kites fill the terraces on 14 January. The district lists Uttarayan, or Makar Sankranti, on 14 January, when people go up to the terraces in the morning. Gujarat Tourism names the International Kite Festival among the festivals the state is known for. A short Reel posted that morning fits the mood. Plan the offer a month ahead, because a post made on the day comes too late to plan.

4. A campus city with arts and media faculties. MSU lists Performing Arts, Fine Arts, and Journalism and Communication among its faculties. GSV, the national university for transport and logistics, is in the city too. A brand that talks to students should show the course or the offer in the first line, in a Reel that fits a phone screen. We ask a college before we film on its campus.

5. Heat, rain and light. VMC records summer highs of 40.4 C and winter lows of 9.8 C. Rain falls from mid-June to September, 931 mm in all. For outdoor shoots that means early mornings in summer, a rain plan from June, and winter evenings for stalls.

/ 04 Vadodara, by the sources

The record, and the post we'd make from it.

Vadodara's year runs on garba nights in the autumn and kites on 14 January. Plan posts and offers weeks ahead. Shops and cafes can show the road first and name the landmark people know.

Vadodara factWhat the source saysWhat we'd post
NavratriCelebrated for nine nights to worship the goddess Durga, tied to Garba, and filed under October. The nine nights come before Dussehra on 20 October 2026.Offer posts beside the dance, approved weeks before. We never film dancers without asking.
Garba on UNESCO's listUNESCO added "Garba of Gujarat" in 2023. It calls Garba a devotional dance, done in circles around a lit clay pot or an image of the mother goddess Amba.Respectful posts. We describe the dance in UNESCO's words, not ours.
UttarayanMakar Sankranti, on 14 January. People go up to the terraces in the morning.A short morning Reel posted that day, with a kite-week offer planned a month before.
Gujarat's festivalsGujarat Tourism says the state is known for festivals like Rann Utsav, the International Kite Festival and Navratri. This is state wording, not a Vadodara line.We link a post to the state festival only when it is true for your shop.
Diwali and the new yearGujarat's 2026 holiday list puts Diwali on 8 November and Bestu Varas, the Gujarati New Year, on 10 November.Gift and new-year offers, approved in the last week of October.
Sayaji BaugA large riverbank park with a bandstand in the city centre. VMC's attractions page links online tickets for the Joy Train at Sayajibaug.Family outing posts for cafes and toy shops nearby, with the nearest gate named.
Laxmi Vilas PalaceCreated by Sayajirao III and full of multi-coloured marble and mosaic tile.Colour and craft stories. The palace is the setting, and the product stays the hero.
AATAPI Wonderland and the Statue of UnityThe district calls AATAPI "Gujarat's Largest Theme Park", 70 acres with over 40 attractions. VMC's page links online tickets for it and for the Statue of Unity.Day-trip posts for stays and tour firms, with the booking link first.
MSU facultiesMSU lists Fine Arts, Performing Arts, and Journalism and Communication among its faculties. Its site gives two different student numbers, so we use none.Reels for courses and student offers, with the next step in the first line.
Heat and rainVMC: summer highs of 40.4 C, winter lows of 9.8 C, and 931 mm of rain from mid-June to September.Early-morning shoots in summer, a rain plan from June, and winter evenings for stalls.
Shoot rulesWe found no published shoot or event rules for the palace, the park or the theme park.We ask each owner in writing before we plan a shoot. A visitor's phone clip is a different matter.

Sources as cited in each row, checked 4 October 2026. Festivals and venues are named as part of Vadodara's calendar, not as PromotEdge clients or partners. Dates and timings may change.

/ 05 How a Vadodara account starts

From the first callto the first festival post.

The first two steps are here. The rest are in the fold below.

  1. 01

    Who buys from you

Families, students, plant buyers or firms in other cities. Each group needs its own posts, so we name them first.

  2. 02

    A review of your pages

Your accounts and two or three Vadodara rivals, with the three changes we'd make first, in writing.

Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.

How we work with you, and the steps after the review: the calendar, the shoot, the weekly rhythm and the count.

How the work runs in Vadodara

Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode, so we talk with you daily. We also come to Vadodara to meet you at least once every three months, and when a job needs it, a team member works from your site.

Next: the calendar to January

Dussehra, Diwali, Bestu Varas, the kite morning and your own sales on one plan, approved before we make anything.

Then: shot list and shoot

A shot list you sign off, then a shoot at your shop, plant or stall, then the edit. Public sites such as the park or the palace are used only after we have asked first.

Every week: post, reply, boost

Posts on the agreed days, answers on working days, and ad money behind posts that already earn replies.

Every month: the count

Calls, bookings, orders and traced walk-ins, set beside what you spent, with next month's changes. We confirm the timeline in the quote.

/ 06 Cost

What affects the cost of social media marketing in Vadodara.

There is no price list on this site. After a first call we write down the scope, and the quote follows it line by line. Ad money goes to Meta at actual cost, and you approve it first.

What affects the cost

  • Who you sell to. Local families alone need one feed. Adding plant buyers or other towns means a second set of posts and ads.
  • Gujarati, Hindi, English or all three. Each extra language means more captions for many posts.
  • Shoot days and peaks. Phone clips cost less than a planned shoot. The Navratri and Diwali weeks need extra posts and faster replies.

How we quote

  1. A half-hour call about your buyers, then a short written review of your pages and two Vadodara rivals.
  2. A written scope: platforms, Reels a month, languages, shoot days, reply hours.
  3. A written quote within 2 working days of the first call, item by item, with ad money on its own line.

What you get in the quote

  • The platforms, and which buyer each one serves
  • Posts and Reels each month, and the split between languages

How it is billed

Way of workingWhen it fits
Monthly retainerCalendar, content, replies and ads, reviewed with you each month; minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop
Season pushA fixed scope for one stretch, such as the Navratri weeks or Uttarayan; timeline confirmed in the quote
/ 07 What happens next

What happensafter you ask.

For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

  1. 01

    A strategist calls you

In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.

  2. 02

    You get a 1-page plan

A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.

  3. 03

A quote, if you want one

If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.

We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Diwali and Uttarayan are coming.Start the plan this month.

Or leave your number. A strategist calls you in one working day.

We use these details only to call you back. Privacy notice.

Straight answers.

  • When a job needs it, yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode, with daily contact. We meet you in Vadodara at least once every three months, and a team member can work from your site for a shoot. We have no Vadodara office.

  • It picks the apps worth your time and plans the dates. It makes posts and Reels and answers people. It also runs boosts, then reports what brought orders. The accounts stay in your name. A 30-minute strategist call and a one-page plan show which apps and dates to start with.

  • Yes. Our language partners write Gujarati, Hindi and English captions, and our team checks each one. An offer for families may go out in Gujarati, while news for buyers in other states stays in English. We choose the language post by post, with you.

  • Treat it as worship first. UNESCO calls Garba a devotional dance, so show your product beside it, never in place of it. Ask before filming dancers, keep the offer in a caption, and thank the organisers. A warm, short post does more than a loud one.

  • With steady posting, saves, replies and profile visits tend to rise first. Steady calls, bookings or orders take longer, and we confirm the timeline in the quote. Festival ads can bring messages soon after they go live, and they stop when the money stops.

  • Firms that sell to buyers in other cities usually start on LinkedIn, with pages that show your process and your people. Instagram can show your team for hiring. Our LinkedIn lead generation page has the wider plan. We name the first app after one call.
