“The group is full of forwards and good-morning images.”
We write short rules with you, post them, and remove spam the same day.

A group nobody manages fills with forwards, then falls silent. A group run with rules brings repeat business.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A customer group is not a notice board. It works only when people ask, get answers and come back to buy.
PromotEdge builds and runs the groups where your customers, dealers and partners talk to each other and to you, so questions get answered and people stay.
An industrial manufacturer has dealers who ask the same service question every week. A real estate developer has buyers who keep asking when the handover is. One group answers both. The same is true for wellness brands and clinics and diagnostic centres, where the same few questions come up every day. Run badly, the whole room reads every unanswered question.
This page is about a place of your own, where members talk to each other: a WhatsApp community, a Facebook or LinkedIn group, or a private dealer group. For the wider plan, see social media marketing. Google reviews sit with online reputation management.
Not every brand needs a group. If each buyer buys once and never needs help, a broadcast list or a good FAQ page may do more. We will say so to your face.
| Part | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Group plan | A one-page plan: platform, reason to join and the first-50 list |
| Rules and welcome | Short rules posted in the group, and a note every new member sees |
| Admin set-up | Admin roles in your company's name, a backup admin and an access list |
| Moderation | A check every working day: spam out, answers from your approved list, a weekly note |
| Complaint escalation | A sheet you sign off before launch: who replies, how fast, when a senior steps in |
| Monthly report and call | Active members, answers, repeat purchase and referrals, then a call on next month |
Replies on your public pages sit with social media management.
“The group is full of forwards and good-morning images.”
We write short rules with you, post them, and remove spam the same day.
“Dealers ask the same question every week, and only one person knows the answer.”
We keep a pinned list of answers you approved, and a named person who replies on working days.
“A complaint appeared and twenty people reacted before anyone replied.”
We agree the steps in writing: who replies, how fast, and when it moves to a private chat or to a senior.
“One salesperson started the group, and he has left.”
We set up at least two admins from your company and keep a written access list.
“Most members were added by someone, not asked.”
People added without a yes leave or mute. We invite only people who said yes, in small batches.
“You cannot say if the group helps sales.”
What can't be measured can't be achieved. So we count active members, answers, repeat purchase and referrals.

These times are planning guidance, not a promise. The more your sales team joins in, the faster it moves. We confirm the timeline in the quote. Our servicing team is based in cities across India.
Your sales team lists customers or dealers who already talk to you. We ask what would make a group worth joining.
One sentence on why to join, short rules, admin roles and the escalation sheet.
We invite the first 50, each with a yes, and read their questions for two weeks.
Spam out, questions answered or passed on, complaints handled by the sheet.
We add people only when the group is busy. You see the numbers first, then we talk.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.

A dealer-led B2B (business-to-business) firm runs a private dealer group for service answers. A D2C (direct-to-customer) brand runs a buyer group for tips and repeat orders. A franchise runs one for outlet owners.
WhatsApp says to use the community description to explain the purpose and the announcement group to share the rules, and not to hesitate to remove a member after a serious violation. On LinkedIn, owners and managers can approve joins, delete posts and remove or block members.

Meta's Admin Assist lets a group admin approve or decline member requests on set criteria, and decline posts that fact-checkers rated false. It follows the rules you write, so a person still sets them.

Our view: tools will sort spam and repeat questions faster, and a person will still answer the angry message. Want us to look at your group? Ask us.
Not sure a group fits your business? Ask us on WhatsApp. Chat with us
We do not publish a price list, because groups differ a lot. The smallest first step is a free 30-minute call with a strategist and a one-page plan, for projects we think we can help.
When you compare quotes, ask who the second admin is, and how complaints are escalated, in writing.
Our beliefWe start with logic and your numbers, not with ideas we happen to like.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Priyam GhoseContent CreatorIt means building and running a group where customers, dealers or partners talk to each other and to you. Rules, moderation, answers and complaint handling are the work. Replying to comments on your public pages is social media management, a separate job.
Go where your members already talk. Dealers and regular customers in India are usually on WhatsApp. B2B buyers and industry peers are on LinkedIn. A Facebook group suits a wider public with shared interests. We start with one platform. For one-to-one messages, see WhatsApp marketing.
We reply in the group the same working day and say what happens next. Then we move the details to a private chat and pass the case to the person you named. When the complaint is on Google reviews instead, see online reputation management.
It depends on the number of groups, members, moderation hours and languages. We quote against a written scope after a first conversation. Ongoing work has a 3-month minimum. After that you can stop with 30 days' notice. You keep your admin access.
Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and we stay in touch with you every day, hybrid and remotely. We visit you in your city at least once every three months. Our in-house team of 65+ people does this work, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them.
We count four things each month: active members, questions answered, repeat purchase among members, and referrals. We can't promise a number up front. We tell you plainly when a month was weak. We confirm the timeline in the quote, and report monthly.
