“The video got thousands of views, and the phone didn't ring.”
We agree one job first: reach, searches for your name, or enquiries. Then we count calls, WhatsApp clicks and forms.

A million views mean nothing if the phone stays silent. Video ads must be watched, and checked for business.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Views are the easiest thing to buy on YouTube and the least useful to count. PromotEdge, a digital marketing company, plans, runs and measures YouTube ads for brands across India, so the right people watch, remember you and enquire.
Pick this page when your product needs explaining, or you want to reach people before they search. If buyers already type what you sell into Google, start with search ads on the Google Ads page. On a small budget, search often comes first, and we will say so.
| Part | What we do | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| Goal and audience | Talk to you and your sales team. Pick one job for the video, and who it is for | A one-page plan |
| Video review | Watch your videos. Pick what to run, what to re-cut and what is missing | A shortlist with edit notes for the first five seconds |
| New films and cuts | Briefs for films, six-second bumpers and upright Shorts cuts, made through video production | Files cut for each format |
| Formats | Skippable in-stream (skip after 5 seconds), non-skippable, bumper (about 6 seconds), in-feed and Shorts. Masthead is booked ahead; most brands skip it | A format map |
| Targeting | Age, gender, parental status, household income, interests, site visitors, customer lists, channels, topics, keywords. Several content targets work as "any of", so the net widens | Each audience written down |
| Brand safety | Exclude live streams and mature content, pick content sensitivity, check placements | A monthly placement check |
| Tracking | GA4 and Google Tag Manager for calls, WhatsApp clicks and forms, as in our analytics set-up | Enquiries traced to a video |
| Lift checks and review | Brand Lift or Search Lift where Google allows, brand-name searches, a monthly read of the numbers | A short monthly report |
Google's Help page says all Video Action campaigns became Demand Gen in May 2026, so for enquiries we set up under that name and check it against your tracking.
Our beliefWe know digital inside out, and we think like an Indian business.
“The video got thousands of views, and the phone didn't ring.”
We agree one job first: reach, searches for your name, or enquiries. Then we count calls, WhatsApp clicks and forms.
“We cut our TV film for YouTube, and nobody watched.”
A viewer can skip after 5 seconds, so we re-cut the opening or brief a new film through video production.
“Our product needs explaining, and a search ad is too small.”
A short film shows how a machine runs or what a finished project looks like, so sales calls start with a warmer buyer.
“We worry our ad will sit next to the wrong video.”
Google lets us exclude live streams and mature content and set how sensitive a mix we accept. We review it monthly.
“Our agency's report is full of views and impressions.”
Ours starts with enquiries, cost per enquiry and searches for your name. Views come last.
Got a video that earned views but no calls? Send us the link and we will say what we would change in the first five seconds. Get a free growth plan
Planning guidance only. It depends mostly on whether your film is ready.
We read your numbers, talk to your sales team and say plainly which videos are worth paying to show.
The ad account and channel link go in your company's name. Calls, WhatsApp and forms are tracked before we spend.
Two or three audiences, two or three cuts and a small budget, with brand safety on from day one.
We stop what only brings views and move money to what brings searches and enquiries. Quick feedback on lead quality speeds this up.
A report on spend, enquiries and brand searches, and a check that YouTube is still the right place for this money.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
A dealer-led B2B maker uses YouTube to explain a machine before the sales call. A D2C or marketplace brand uses short cuts to bring people to a product page. A franchise or local business targets chosen cities and languages.
ASCI is the ad industry's own standards body, formed in 1985. Its November 2025 complaints report put digital media at 97% of violations. IAMAI is the not-for-profit body for internet and mobile businesses.

In Demand Gen, Google can make extra versions of your video, such as a vertical or shorter cut, and generate video ads from your text, images and brand guidelines. Its page says AI rules in the EU, India and New York require labels on certain ads, and its AI label setting does not guarantee compliance.

Google bills per view on some formats and per 1,000 impressions on others, as third-party media spend at actuals. Our fee and that spend sit on separate lines.
When you compare quotes, check three things. Are the ad account and channel link in your company's name? Does the report show enquiries, not only views? Is film production on its own line?
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Rahul MishraAssistant Manager Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Magik LightingIt depends on the job. Bumper and non-skippable ads give reach, skippable in-stream ads suit a demo, and Shorts ads fit phone viewers. Google also offers Video views, where you pay only for TrueView views, and Video reach. We start with your goal and film.
It depends on format, audience, goal and competition. Google bills per view or per 1,000 impressions, and an impression is one showing of the ad. You set the media budget, and it is paid to Google at actuals, apart from our fee. Ongoing work has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.
We agree the goal before launch. For enquiries we count calls, WhatsApp clicks and forms after a video. For recall we watch brand searches. Google's Brand Lift and Search Lift measure recall and searches, but have budget minimums, and Search Lift isn't open to every account.
Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and the ads run online. We set cities and languages in the targeting, review numbers monthly and visit at least once every three months. For a shoot, our team comes to you.
We won't call ourselves the best. Ask every agency four questions. Will the ad account be in your company's name? Will it report enquiries, not only views? Will it name videos not worth showing? How will it keep your ads off the wrong content?
We offer a free plan for projects we think we can help, and we take a limited number. If YouTube is not the right place for your money now, we will say so, even if it means less work for us.
We plan, manage and deliver everything, with one point of contact from first call to launch. Our in-house team of 65+ people does the work, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them. Ask us to introduce the people on your project before you sign.
We do not publish YouTube campaign numbers, so we won't quote any here. You can read what clients say on our clients page, and we will talk through relevant video and social work on a call. We would rather show you real work than promise a result.
