A promotional product earns its place when someone uses it every day. Pick the item for the user, then put your name on it quietly.

Useful things with your name on themget kept.

Most promotional products end up in a drawer, because they were picked for the price and not for the person who gets them. PromotEdge sources, brands and delivers promotional products for companies across India.

Promotional products are useful items that carry your name: bottles, diaries, bags, caps and power banks. You give them out in numbers.

They go out at events, to customers, to your team and across dealers, and as thanks at mason and mechanic meets. It suits FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) brands, industrial makers and healthcare firms alike. Gifts chosen for one person are on our corporate gifting page.

Here is what we usually see. A team orders a thousand pens, and the logo smudges. We'd rather be blunt: a cheap item can hurt a brand. So you hold a sample first, and we check the finished lot.

Diwali is on 8 November 2026 (date as listed by Kissht and SmartPuja, read 10 October 2026). Made-to-order items usually need four to eight weeks, so they are already tight. Ready-stock items with your logo added may still fit. Tell us your date and we say what is possible.

Printing on the products is delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy. The work is done by our in-house team of 65+ people, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them. Our servicing team is based in cities across India.

/ 03 Sound familiar?

Signs your merchandiseis working against you.

“The logo faded or smudged after a few weeks.”

We match print, engraving, embroidery or deboss to the material, and test it on the sample.

“We bought what was cheap, and nobody used it.”

We begin with who gets the item and what they use daily.

“The lot looked nothing like the sample.”

We keep the approved sample and check the finished lot against it. Pieces that fail are redone, not sent.

“Our logo looks different on every item.”

We follow your brand guidelines: exact colours, logo versions and spacing.

“The boxes reached the event after it ended.”

We work back from the date, add a buffer, and tell you early if a date is at risk.

“Parcels went to the wrong addresses.”

We check your address list first, pack by location and send a delivery sheet.

Not sure what to order for your event or festival? Tell us who receives it and the date, and we will suggest two or three options. Get a free growth plan

/ 04 How we work

Brief, sample, approve,make, check, deliver.

From brief to delivery usually takes four to eight weeks for made-to-order items, and less for ready-stock items. That is a planning range, not a promise. We confirm the timeline in the quote.

  1. 01

    Brief

Who gets the items, how many, the date and the budget for each piece. A short call is enough. We can't do magic alone, so quick answers from you keep the dates safe.

  2. 02

    Options

Two or three ideas, each with a reason, and the one we would pick.

  3. 03

    Sample

You hold the real item with your logo on it. Nothing is made in numbers before you approve.

  4. 04

    Approve and order

Items, colours, sizes, branding, count and dates go into one written scope.

  5. 05

    Make and check

We check the finished lot against the approved sample before it leaves. What fails is redone.

  6. 06

    Pack and deliver

Packed by location and sent to each address, with a delivery sheet.

More on this

How we deliver it, and why

  1. Start with the receiver. An item used every day keeps your name in view for months. One that is ignored does nothing. A short list of who gets what.
  2. Test the logo on the real item. A logo behaves differently on steel, cotton and paper. A photo of the sample with the logo placed.
  3. Plan backwards from the date. Festival weeks are busy for every maker and courier, so a buffer protects you. A dated plan with each step.
  4. Check the lot against the sample. Problems are cheaper to fix before dispatch than after the parcels are out. A checked lot, and redone pieces if needed.
  5. Count what came back. Next year's order should use real feedback, not memory. A delivery sheet.

Go deeper: the Indian market and the rules

Market

IMARC, a market research firm, estimated India's gifting market at USD 816.3 million in 2025 and expects about USD 1,089.9 million by 2034. It puts corporate gifting at 36.2% of that market, growing about 3.8% a year. Its gifting scope is wider than promotional products, so read it as a direction, not a size for this page.

Plastic rules

From 1 July 2022, India prohibits some single-use plastic items, including plastic flags, plastic sticks for balloons and PVC banners under 100 microns. Plastic carry bags must be at least 120 microns thick from 31 December 2022. We check each plastic item against the current rules before we suggest it.

/ 05 Cost

What affects the cost of promotional products.

We do not publish a price list, because five hundred pens and ten thousand bags are very different jobs. The quote comes after we talk.

What affects the cost

  • The item, its quality and how many you need
  • The branding method, and how many colours or positions
  • Packaging: a plain pack, a printed box or a kit
  • The minimum order the maker asks for on made-to-order items
  • Number of addresses, and how far the parcels travel
  • Rush orders and festival weeks, when everyone orders at once

How we quote

  1. You tell us who gets the items, how many, the date and the budget for each piece
  2. We suggest options and send samples, and you pick one
  3. Item, branding, packing and delivery go into one written scope
  4. We send the quote within 2 working days, with each line separate. You approve it before work starts

What you get in the quote

  • Options, and a sample with your logo placed on it
  • A check of the finished lot against the sample
  • Packing and dispatch to each address
  • A delivery sheet, and any maker or courier charge at cost on its own line

Ask each supplier for a real sample and the delivery dates. Ask your accountant how gifts and giveaways are treated for tax and GST before you set the budget.

/ 06 What happens next

What happensafter you ask.

For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.

  2. 02

    You get a 1-page plan

A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.

  3. 03

A quote, if you want one

If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.

We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Straight answers.

  • They are useful items that carry your brand and are given out in numbers: bottles, diaries, bags, caps and power banks. People use them, so your name stays in front of them. The user matters more than the logo size.

  • Promotional products are made in numbers for many people, such as bags for a conference. Corporate gifts are chosen for one person or a small group, such as a hamper for a client. The same item can be either, depending on who gets it.

  • It depends on the item. Ready-stock items can be ordered in small numbers. Made-to-order items usually carry a minimum that the maker sets, and we tell you what it is before you decide. We put the minimum and the count in writing in the quote, before you approve it.

  • Diwali is on 8 November 2026. Made-to-order items usually need four to eight weeks, so they are tight now. Ready-stock items with your logo added may still fit. That is a planning range. Send your date and we confirm in the quote.

  • The method depends on the material. Steel takes laser engraving, cotton takes screen print or embroidery, and paper takes foil or deboss. We test the method on a sample, so you see how the logo looks and wears before the full lot is made.

  • Yes. We send a real sample with your logo placed on it, and nothing is made in numbers until you approve it. We keep the approved sample and check the finished lot against it before dispatch. Anything that does not match is redone, not sent.

  • Yes. We check your address list, pack by location and send to each address. Our servicing team is based in cities across India. We work hybrid and remotely, visit regularly and, when a job needs it, our team works at your site.

  • Items used every day tend to stay: bottles, notebooks, bags and power banks. Items that break, smudge or look cheap get dropped. We cannot promise what your people will keep, which is why we start with the user and a sample.
