An event is only as good as the follow-up after the lights go off. PromotEdge plans stalls, launches and staff events for drug makers, tech firms, builders and shops, so that each event gives your sales team real people to call.
Our servicing team is based in cities across India, so your plan is made online. We visit the hall before the show, stay through the show days, and meet you in Hyderabad at least once every three months.

/ 03 Events in Hyderabad
Why an event here is planned differently.
Four things about this city change how we plan a stall, a launch or a staff day.
Two very different halls. HICC, the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, opened in 2006. Its main hall has no pillars, covers over 6,480 sq m and can split into six smaller halls. HITEX, the exhibition centre at Izzat Nagar, hosts trade fairs back to back. Each needs a different plan.
Life sciences buyers meet at shows. BioAsia, the life sciences forum, held its 23rd edition at HITEX on 17 and 18 February 2026. Its organisers expected 4,000+ delegates and 175+ exhibitors. For these firms, one good meeting at a stall can be worth a year of ads.
Tech offices run their own events. The state IT department counted 9,05,715 people in IT and IT services jobs in 2022-23. In August 2024 the state said over 200 GCCs (a foreign company's own tech unit) worked in Hyderabad. They hold town halls and award nights, and expect them to end on time.
The public calendar is full. Saddula Bathukamma falls on 10 October, Dussehra on 20 and 21 October and Deepavali on 8 November 2026. Shops plan activations around these days, and crews get booked up.

Numaish, run by the non-profit Exhibition Society (set up in 1938), opened its 85th edition on 1 January 2026 with 1,250 vendors; 2027 dates are not confirmed. Ramoji Film City says it covers over 2,000 acres. GVK One has 7.5 lakh sq ft. The state says Genome Valley has 250+ biotech and pharma firms.

Adobe says Firefly can generate images from text, and that Firefly Boards are for mood boards and storyboards. That helps a first stall or stage idea. Hall rules and crowd safety still need a person on site.

What affects the cost of an event in Hyderabad.
We quote against a written scope within 2 working days. Hall hire, stall build, stage, food, rooms and travel are billed at actuals, and you approve each one first.
What affects the cost
- The venue. A hall at HICC, a stall at HITEX, a hotel ballroom or a mall counter cost very differently.
- Stall size and build. Bare space with a shell, or a custom stall with a meeting room and screens.
- Guests who travel. Flights, rooms and pick-ups for people from other cities.
- Timing. Dates near HITEX shows or festival weeks leave fewer crews and slots free.

We serve Hyderabad through our servicing team, based in cities across India, with daily contact by phone and video. We meet you in Hyderabad at least once every three months, and travel in for site visits, the build and the show days. When a job needs it, we place our team at your hall or venue.

It plans and runs the whole event for you. That covers the venue, the stall or stage, sound, lights, guests, food, staff and safety. A good one also tracks who came and hands those names to your sales team to call.

We won't claim that title, and no list can settle it for you. Ask each company for a stall it built at HITEX or HICC, the name of the person on site, and how visitors get followed up. Pick the one with clear answers.

As early as the organiser opens space. HITEX has shows from 8 October to 5 December 2026, and good spots go first. Leave at least six weeks for design, approval and build. For BioAsia 2027, wait for the confirmed dates.

Yes, where your guests read them. Through our language partners we write in Telugu, Urdu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and more, and our team checks each version. Telugu is Telangana's official language, with Urdu second. Tech office events mostly run in English.
