LinkedIn by day.Instagram by night.

Social media works for a company when the same buyer meets you on LinkedIn at work and on Instagram at night. PromotEdge, a social media and marketing company, plans the posts, shoots the videos, runs the ads and answers the comments for IT firms, car-part makers, startups, cafés and shops.

Social media marketing means using apps such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp to get your business known, trusted and contacted. Some of it is free posting, some is paid ads.

Our Delhi team looks after Gurgaon, and most of the work happens on a screen. We travel for shoot days and launches. The full method is on the national social media marketing page, the city on our Gurgaon overview, and the wider region on Delhi NCR.

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A B2B (business-to-business) supplier leans on LinkedIn and plant videos. A café or salon leans on Reels and creator visits. A startup tests small before it spends. A franchise outlet keeps the brand look and adds local tags.

  1. A first call and a written plan (weeks 1-3). Two or three apps done well beat six done thinly, and you sign off before anything is made. Which apps, what you post about, the dates that matter and the numbers we'll be judged on.
  2. One shoot day (week 3 or 4). One planned day at your office, plant or outlet gives us photos and video for weeks. The more your team shows up, the better the content. A month of raw material.
  3. Post and reply every week. Comments and messages are where enquiries start, so they are checked every working day. Posts on the agreed days.
  4. Review monthly, plan bursts. Ideas stay only if the numbers back them. Diwali, an opening or a Delhi show gets its own short plan. Numbers a day before the call: what brought messages and enquiries, and where we'd move the ad money.

DLF CyberHub is in Building 10C, DLF Cyber City Phase 2, a handy exact location tag. The 2027 central list for Delhi offices puts Holi on 23 March and Diwali on 29 October, so Diwali 2027 can be planned properly.

Who sets the rules

ASCI, the Advertising Standards Council of India, calls itself an independent, voluntary self-regulatory organisation that handles complaints about ads. IAMAI, the Internet and Mobile Association of India, is a not-for-profit industry body whose sectors include social media intermediaries.

AI in social media marketing: today and next

Today: Meta

Meta says Advantage+ applies AI across a campaign's audience, placement and budget and adjusts it while the campaign runs. It helps most when your posts and offers are already clear.

Today: labelling

ASCI's home page lists guidelines, published in September 2026, on labelling synthetically generated content in advertising. If we use AI pictures or voices in an ad, we will label them.

/ 03 Social media marketing in Gurgaon

What gets in the way in Gurgaon, and the way through.

Four facts from public records shape the first draft of any social plan we write for this city.

Two names on every profile. The official name is Gurugram, but people still type and tag the old one, and the Audit Bureau of Circulations still lists the city's papers as Gurgaon editions. So we put both names in your bio, location tags and Google listing.

Office buyers live on LinkedIn. The district administration calls the city an IT hub with many BPO companies. Units under the STPI office in Udyog Vihar exported ₹53,004 crore of IT and electronics work in 2022-23, across six states and union territories. These firms sell to distant buyers and hire all year, and LinkedIn helps with both.

Evenings happen at the malls. Ambience Mall on NH-8 says it has more than 250 outlets, and DLF CyberHub sits in Cyber City Phase 2. Cafés and shops near them win on Reels and creator visits.

One phone network for the whole region. TRAI counts Gurgaon inside its Delhi service area, with Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, and 68.92 million internet subscribers in March 2026. An ad aimed loosely at "Delhi" wastes money on people who will never reach you, so we aim local ads by pin code.

/ 06 Cost

What affects the cost of social media in Gurgaon.

Ad budgets, creator fees, shoots and travel are billed at actuals, and you see each one before you approve it.

What affects the cost

  • How many apps we run, and whether founder or sales-head posts on LinkedIn are part of it
  • How much video you need: we shoot it, or edit your phone clips
  • Ad budget on Meta and LinkedIn, paid to the platforms, and how narrowly we aim it
  • Creator fees for a launch at a mall or outlet
  • Reply cover: working days only, or evenings and weekends for a café or shop

How we quote

  1. A video call about your buyers and what a new customer is worth to you
  2. A written scope: apps, posts and videos a month, shoot days and reply hours
  3. A quote against that scope, with ad budget and creator fees on separate lines

What you get in the quote

  • Posts, Reels and videos a month on each app, counted one by one
  • Reply hours and the numbers the monthly report tracks

When you compare quotes, line them up on the same points: posts and videos a month, who shoots them, reply hours, ad budget, GST, and what the report counts.

Straight answers.

  • We serve Gurgaon through a social media team based in cities across India. Planning, posting, replies and reports run hybrid and remotely, through video calls and a shared calendar. We visit regularly and travel for shoot days, launches and reviews that go better face to face.

  • Four things. It decides which apps suit your buyers. It makes the posts, videos and ads. It answers comments and messages. And it reports what all of that did for enquiries and sales. Where a buyer lands after the click is covered on our website development in Gurgaon page.

  • It depends on who pays you. If you sell to companies, such as software, outsourcing or car parts, start with LinkedIn and YouTube. If you sell to people walking into a café, gym or shop, start with Instagram. Some firms need both: LinkedIn to win clients and hire, Instagram to show the product.

  • Yes. English suits most office buyers in the city, and the reading mix here is wide. For shoppers and factory staff, we plan Hindi captions alongside the English ones. Through our language partners we create content in Hindi, English and more, and our team briefs and checks every post.

  • Yes, if you start now. Delhi's 2026 list puts Dussehra on 20 October and Diwali on 8 November. Posts and Instagram ads can start within days. Creator visits and shoots need two to three weeks to book. If this year is too close, the central list for Delhi offices puts Diwali 2027 on 29 October.

  • Replies, saves and messages usually pick up in the first two months. A steady flow of enquiries takes three to six months of regular posting with some paid support. Ongoing work has a 3-month minimum, after which you can stop with 30 days' notice. We confirm the timeline in the quote.

  • We won't claim that title, and nobody can prove it. Choose on evidence instead. Ask to see work for a business like yours. Ask who writes your posts and who answers your comments. Ask whether the report counts likes or enquiries. And ask for the fee and the ad budget on separate lines.

  • Yes, and that is where the most useful content comes from. One planned day can cover a month of posts. Our own team plans the day, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them. If a shoot isn't practical, your team can record phone clips from a simple shot list we send, and we edit them.
