“Orders are up, but we can't say if we made money.”
Sale price hides commission, shipping, returns and ad cost. We show what each product earns after them.

A rising order count can hide a shrinking profit. The fair score is what each product earns after every cost.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
On Flipkart, shoppers compare prices closely, so orders are easy to buy and profit is easy to lose. PromotEdge runs your listings, Flipkart Ads and sale-event plans for brands across India, so each product you sell on Flipkart leaves you a profit.
Maybe your orders are rising, yet the money left after discounts, fees, returns and ads keeps shrinking.
Flipkart's own ads page says to keep prices competitive for price-sensitive customers. That squeezes your margin before an ad runs, so we plan price, discount, ads and stock together.
We work with consumer brands, from startups to listed groups: D2C (direct-to-customer) brands, beauty and skincare, fashion and FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) makers. Sellers of health products, industrial goods and home fittings can use it too.
Choose this over our wider ecommerce marketing service when Flipkart is your main marketplace. We plan Amazon alongside it, so offers don't fight each other.
Flipkart also runs Minutes, its quick commerce service. Stock sits in local dark stores, so ranking and availability are local. See our quick commerce marketing.
We have no Flipkart results to show yet. For projects we think we can help, we audit your listings and ads free. Every month you see sales, ad spend, returns and what each product earns after every cost.
We built a marketplace from the ground up, too: Desi Machines, a PromotEdge group company. It taught us a listing must be clear and easy to trust.

Ad spend goes to Flipkart, shown apart from our fee. Rules and fees change, so we read Flipkart's current pages first.
“Orders are up, but we can't say if we made money.”
Sale price hides commission, shipping, returns and ad cost. We show what each product earns after them.
“We run ads, but don't know which campaign type to pick.”
Flipkart Ads has CPC (cost per click) and Smart ROI (return on investment). We match the type to the product, then test small.
“Every sale event, we cut prices and hope.”
We plan weeks ahead with your operations team: which products, what price, how much stock.
“Ratings are dragging our ads down.”
Flipkart's ads page says a low rating can hurt clicks. We fix the cause, then ask for reviews within its rules.
“We keep running out of stock on our best sellers.”
Flipkart says ads for a product without enough stock are wasted. We tie ad budgets to stock and pause spend before a product runs out.

We study your account and numbers. If the project is a fit, this check is free. We can't do magic alone: the more your team shares, the faster you see results.
Fix the biggest listing gaps and set a floor price. Ads wait for pages that convert.
Ads on a handful of hero products, with a small budget.
We pause what loses money, move budget to what earns, then plan the next sale.
We widen to more products and raise budgets only where the next rupee still earns.

Flipkart says Minutes began in August 2024 and has 1,000 micro-fulfilment centres in 130+ cities and 8,000+ pincodes. It says Minutes works with close to 500 D2C brands. Stock sits in these local centres, so what a shopper sees depends on the pincode.

Flipkart Ads has announced Saarthi, which pairs an AI campaign dashboard with agency support from certified partners, at no cost to sellers. The dashboard offers product-level analysis, alerts, custom rules and day-parting, and the seller keeps the final say. We make no claim to be a Saarthi partner.

Our view: dashboards will flag weak campaigns faster. Deciding which product deserves the next rupee still needs the cost sum. Want us to run it with you? Ask us.
We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.
The Big Billion Days coming up? Talk to us early, so prices, stock and budgets are agreed before the sale. Talk to us
We don't publish a price list. We quote after a first conversation, against a written scope, within 2 working days. Flipkart's commissions, fees and your ad spend are separate.
Ask any agency to show every Flipkart charge as its own line. We do.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

Rahul MishraAssistant Manager Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Magik LightingIt manages the selling side of your Flipkart account: listings and images, prices and discounts, Flipkart Ads, sale-event plans and ratings. A good one reports what each product earns after fees, shipping, returns and ads, not just orders, and tells you which products to stop pushing.
Flipkart says CPC (cost per click) suits new, high-potential and slow-moving listings, where visibility is the aim. It says Smart ROI suits low-margin, high-converting listings and tight budgets, but may give less visibility. We test on a few products and change the mix.
Ask what it reports: money earned per product, not only sales. Ask who looks at your account each week, and what happens to a product that loses money. Ask how it will prove its method. We have no Flipkart results yet, and say so.
No. Flipkart itself says it cannot guarantee a purchase, because that depends on catalogue quality, stock, price and reviews. We promise a plan, a small test and a monthly report of what each rupee did. Listing fixes can show within weeks; ratings take longer.
We don't claim any official Flipkart partner status, and we say so rather than imply it. Your seller and ad accounts stay in your company's name, with us added as a user, and you see every change. You can remove our access whenever you wish.
Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India. Listings, ads and reports run online, through access you control. We visit at least once every three months and, when a job needs it, work at your site. Our in-house team of 65+ people does the work.
It depends on products, ad campaigns, sale events and image work. Flipkart's commissions and your ad spend are separate. We don't publish a price list. We quote after a first conversation, within 2 working days, with our fee and Flipkart's charges on separate lines.
Yes, for ongoing work: a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. You keep your accounts, logins and files, because your seller and ad accounts stay in your company's name. We confirm the terms in writing in the quote, before work starts.
