“Buyers keep asking how big it is, even with eight photos.”
Photos flatten size. A five-second shot in a hand answers it before it is asked.

Show buyers what photos can't. Size, sound, movement, and the factory behind it.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Photos show what a product looks like. Only video shows what it does, and that is what a buyer needs to see before ordering.
PromotEdge plans and films product videos for brands, online sellers and manufacturers across India, so buyers trust what they see and order.
Your listing has eight good photos. Buyers still ask how big it is and whether it really works. We film for D2C brands (direct-to-consumer), for sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce apps, and for manufacturers, from building products to medical equipment.
Pick this page over our wider video production page when the star is the product. If it can't be filmed, 3D animation fits better. If the idea needs drawing, see explainer videos. Facility films are the other half: a buyer from another state often wants to see your plant before a first big order.
Our job is to impress your customers, not you. So we read your reviews and return reasons and ask your sales team what buyers doubt most. Those doubts become the shot list. Before the shoot we agree one number to check after launch.
| Deliverable | What it is, and when |
|---|---|
| Listing check, script and shot list | Buyer questions noted, every shot agreed in writing. Before the shoot |
| Hero product video | The product in use, close-ups and the one reason to buy. Usually within two weeks of the shoot |
| Listing videos and ad cuts | Clips cut to each marketplace's current rules, plus vertical and square ad versions with captions |
| Demo and how-to videos | Unboxing, set-up and size, or a machine running, for WhatsApp follow-up |
| Facility film | Usually 1 to 3 minutes through lines, checks and dispatch, two to three weeks after the shoot |
| Stills and file guide | Photos from the same day, subtitles, language versions and usage rights in writing |
Timings are planning guidance for one product range or one plant. Need a full set of photos too? Our product photography page covers that, often on the same day.
“Buyers keep asking how big it is, even with eight photos.”
Photos flatten size. A five-second shot in a hand answers it before it is asked.
“Our returns say 'not as expected', but nothing is wrong with the product.”
We film the real product in real light with real colours, so what arrives matches what was shown.
“Our ads use one clip, and people scroll past in two seconds.”
We plan vertical cuts with the product moving in the first second, plus captions for mute viewing.
“Our machine looks impressive on the shop floor and flat in the brochure.”
Machines sell on motion and sound. We film it running, with close-ups of the parts buyers ask about.
“A big buyer wants to visit the plant before the first order.”
A short facility film walks them through lines, checks and dispatch, so the visit becomes a final check.

A D2C (direct-to-consumer) brand needs a hero film and short ad cuts. A marketplace or quick-commerce seller needs clips that follow each app's rules. A dealer-led B2B (business-to-business) maker needs machine demos and a plant film. A franchise needs one film every outlet can use.
Adobe Firefly can make a short video from a text prompt or from a first-frame photo, and exports MP4 in wide or vertical shapes. Adobe says videos from its own Firefly Video Model are safe for commercial use, but partner models may have different terms.

A generated clip cannot show your real product's size, fit or sound. Buyers return what looks different on arrival, so the real product stays on camera.

We don't publish a price list. Five products on a table is a very different job from a two-day shoot inside a running plant. Studio, models and music are charged at actuals. We send the quote within 2 working days.
When you compare quotes, check how many final cuts and sizes you get, and who owns the raw footage. If the videos will run as ads, see performance marketing.
We look at your business first. Marketing comes second.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

It depends on how many products, which kinds of video, where we shoot, whether models are needed, and how many cuts you want. We don't publish a price list. We quote after a first conversation, against a written scope, and show third-party costs before you approve.
Usually one short clip that shows the product in use and its real size, and one that answers the top question in your reviews. Each marketplace sets its own rules for listing videos, and they change, so we read the current rules in your seller account first. See ecommerce and marketplace marketing.
Usually, yes. We visit first, follow your safety rules and brief each department in advance. We shoot around your shifts and production stages, keep the crew on the floor small, and plan safety and low disruption before the shoot day.
Our in-house team of 65+ people, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them. One producer stays your contact. Our servicing team is based in cities across India. The shoot happens where your product or plant is, and we meet you in your city at least once every three months.
What can't be measured can't be achieved, so agree one number before the shoot and check it after launch. For a listing, that could be the conversion rate or the return rate. For ads, it is the cost per enquiry or per sale. For a facility film, it is how many buyer meetings it moved forward.
