One short note: what changed, why, what next, with every number from the filing.

Results, analyst meets and business media, said once and in order.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Listed companies rarely get hurt by silence. They get hurt by one loose line said before the filing.
PromotEdge does financial PR (public relations) for listed Indian companies and for companies preparing an initial public offering (IPO), so investors, analysts and journalists hear one clear story, in the right order.
This is one part of our wider public relations work, for shareholders, analysts, lenders and the business press. A listed manufacturer, developer or finance firm, and a chain of clinics and diagnostic centres raising funds, owes them the same clear word, because our job is to impress your readers, not you. For issue limits, see IPO and listed companies.
The rules come first. Under SEBI's listing rules (LODR), a listed company tells the stock exchanges about material news first. A director who tells the media earlier creates an event to disclose. This is general guidance, not legal advice. Your company secretary and CFO own the rules and numbers.
| Deliverable | What it is | When you get it |
|---|---|---|
| Communication calendar | Planned back from board meetings, results dates and analyst meets, plus bankers' dates for an IPO | Weeks 1 to 2 |
| Results pack | A headline message, a plain results note, a "what changed" page and quotes | Before the board meeting |
| Hard questions sheet | Likely analyst and journalist questions, with answers your CFO has checked | Before each cycle |
| Analyst meet support | The deck storyline and a date plan for the notices your secretary files | 2 to 3 weeks ahead |
| Quiet-period guide and coverage log | One page on when to stay silent and who approves, then a log of coverage | Before cycle 1, then after each |
Paid space is kept apart, because a listed company's website must show media agreements. Our annual report design and website teams build the report and investor section.

One short note: what changed, why, what next, with every number from the filing.
“The chairman gave an interview, and the company secretary heard later.”
Leaders speaking on unreleased material news can trigger disclosure. We agree one approval path.
“Analysts ask the same questions each quarter, and our answers keep changing.”
One sheet of likely hard questions, with answers your CFO has checked.
“After the analyst meet, one analyst seemed to know more.”
We plan notice, filed deck and recording as one set, so nobody gets a private extra.
“We list next year, and nobody has told us what we may say now.”
The window up to allotment has limits. We turn them into a one-page calendar.
“Journalists only hear from us on results day.”
We plan quiet-month work inside the rules, such as a background briefing.
Change is the only constant.
Tell us your next results date, and we will sketch the cycle around it. Get a free growth plan
Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.
We talk to your CFO, IR head and company secretary, and read your last four releases.
Your company secretary and counsel mark each date and what may be said. Then we write.
One plain page, agreed with your CFO. Website, deck and report use the same facts.
Your company secretary files. Then the same words go to the website and journalists.
You get the coverage log and the questions we heard. Analyst meets follow: notice, filed deck, recording.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
A listed company runs a repeating results cycle. A company heading for an IPO works to its bankers' calendar and the issue-window limits. A group with a listed arm needs one voice across both.
Microsoft says you can ask Copilot in Word to summarise a document, and that it does not always cite later parts of it. We use a summary as a first pass at a long file. Your finance team checks every number against the filing.

Our view: first drafts will get faster. The rules, the numbers and who may speak stay with your company secretary and CFO. Want us to look at where AI could save time in your cycle? Ask us.

We don't publish a price list. A results cycle is a smaller job than an IPO year with many approvals. Paid media or event costs are shown at actuals.
Be wary of anyone who promises coverage or a share-price effect.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Abhijit BhattacharyaFormer Captain Indian VolleyBall Team; and Founder of Brahmaputra Volleyball LeagueIt helps a company talk to investors, analysts and the business press in a clear, orderly way: results notes, analyst meet support and steady business-media relations. We write the words and plan the timing. Your company secretary and CFO still own the rules and the numbers.
Sometimes, with care; this is general guidance, not legal advice. SEBI's ICDR rules count promoter interviews as publicity. Until the draft offer document is filed, it must match past practice or say an issue is planned. After filing, it must say an issue is proposed. Your banker approves.
General guidance, not legal advice. Under SEBI's LODR rules, a group analyst meet is notified to the exchanges two working days ahead, and the presentation reaches them before it starts. Call audio goes on your website within 24 hours, video within 48, the transcript within five working days.
"Quiet period" is a market term, and silence before results is usually company policy. SEBI's insider trading rules set a trading restriction period from quarter-end until 48 hours after results. Results are due within 45 days of a quarter's end, and annual results within 60 days.
It depends on whether you are listed or preparing an IPO, how many results cycles and analyst meets you have, and how much we write. We quote against a written scope. Ongoing monthly work has a 3-month minimum. After that you can stop with 30 days' notice.
Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India and works hybrid, so we stay in touch daily and meet you in your city at least once every three months. Results day runs on calls and shared files, wherever you are.
Ask who will sit with your company secretary. Be wary of anyone who promises coverage or talks about your share price. What can't be measured can't be achieved, so we agree four checks first: dates met, same words everywhere, fewer repeat analyst questions, and journalists reaching out.
