“Our Instagram looks lovely. The messages say "price?" and then go silent.”
Add project stories that state size, scope and budget. Move replies to WhatsApp, where a few short questions come before any talk of price.

Turn the homes you've finished into the projects you sign next.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Your finished projects sell your next project, long before anyone picks up the phone. PromotEdge turns your finished projects into stories people trust.
It gets you found on Google, Instagram and Pinterest, and screens enquiries by budget and timeline. We do this for interior designers, turnkey interior firms, modular kitchen and wardrobe studios, and architects with an interior practice. The aim is more site-visit consultations and more signed projects. We have worked with brands across India since 2015.
People buy with their eyes. Before they call, they study your finished rooms and reviews. They ask one thing: could we afford a home like this? The buyer's clock often starts at possession, when the builder hands over the keys.
We start by asking which studio you are, turnkey or design-only. We also ask where your last ten enquiries came from. How developers market projects is on our real estate marketing page.

| What your studio needs | What we do | Services involved |
|---|---|---|
| A portfolio that sells | Turn each finished project into a story: the brief, flat size, budget band and time taken, with the homeowner's consent. | Photography, Content marketing |
| Found when someone nearby searches | A complete Google Business Profile, real project photos and a review request after every handover. | Local search, Reviews |
| Enquiries worth calling back | Forms ask carpet area, possession month, scope and budget band. A CRM (one place for every enquiry) sends each one to a named designer. | CRM |
| Owners who get their keys this season | Track possession dates. Ask developers for a sample flat or a handover-day desk, and run ads near those towers. | Meta ads, Events |
| Knowing which channel signs projects | Tag every enquiry by source and follow it to a consultation, a proposal and a signed project. | Tracking |
Each month you see enquiries, consultations, proposals and signed projects, by source.
Free makeovers must be labelled, reviews cannot be bought, and families judge you by finished homes.
ASCI's 2023 influencer guidelines say a "material connection" is not only money. It includes free products and discounts, and disclosure must be "upfront and prominent". Google's Maps policy bans offering payment, discounts or free goods for a review. So label a free makeover, and never buy a review.

Our view: a family asks friends who did their flat. Then it looks at your finished rooms on Instagram and Pinterest, and reads your Google reviews. Then they message you. They drop out when the photos show no size or budget, or when nobody replies fast.
You can keep a project sheet for every job and photograph each one at handover. You can also ask every client for a review. Design quality, site supervision and handover dates are yours. Marketing cannot fix a late or untidy job.
We start with your last ten enquiries, because they show where signed projects come from. We test one channel small, because ads on a weak profile waste money. Each month we count consultations and signed projects, so we scale only what works.

“Our Instagram looks lovely. The messages say "price?" and then go silent.”
Add project stories that state size, scope and budget. Move replies to WhatsApp, where a few short questions come before any talk of price.
“Ads bring plenty of leads. Half want a whole flat done for the cost of a kitchen.”
Our lead generation forms ask for the scope, the possession month and a budget band. Fewer people fill them in, so your designers call only real buyers.
“A newer studio nearby has four times our Google reviews.”
Ask every client for a review at handover, happy or not. Our reputation management team helps you reply. No gifts in return: Google bans them.
“The family calls every day asking what is happening at the site.”
Send one fixed update a week with site photos and the next step.

We don't publish a price list. After a free 30-minute strategist call, we quote against a written scope. Ad spend, shoots and exhibition space are billed at actuals.

|---|---|
| Test first | One channel in one area. We confirm the timeline in the quote |
| Monthly retainer | Content, ads, reviews and reports. Minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |
We use other people's homes, posts and phone numbers, so we check these first.
Creators. The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) 2023 influencer guidelines count free products and discounts as a "material connection". So a free makeover needs an upfront label.
Reviews. Google's Maps policy bans "payment, discounts, free goods and/or services" in exchange for a review.
Lead data. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 says consent must be "free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous".

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupFor most studios we start with three things, in this order. A Google Business Profile with real project photos and steady reviews. Project stories on Instagram and Pinterest. Then paid ads, with forms that ask for budget and timeline. Judge it on consultations and signed projects, not likes.
It depends on your studio type, the areas you serve and how many projects need shoots. It also depends on the channels you use and any events. Ad spend and shoots are billed at actuals. We don't publish a price list. A written quote follows within 2 working days of the first call.
Ask every agency four questions, us included. Can you show a project story you built, with the enquiries behind it? Will you judge results on consultations and signed projects, not followers? Who checks creator labels and photo consent? Will ad accounts and lead data stay in the studio's name?
They do different jobs, so many studios need both. Instagram is where people watch you work and send messages. Pinterest is where people plan, saving rooms into boards. A pin can lead to your project story. Start with the one past clients mention.
Yes to both, with care. Get the homeowner's written consent before posting their home, and keep the address private. Under ASCI's influencer guidelines, a free makeover is a connection that must be disclosed with a label, shown upfront. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
