Plan every channel by season and feeder city, then trace each booking back to it.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Guests rarely book the first time they see you, so a hospitality digital plan is really a calendar. PromotEdge runs digital marketing for hotels, resorts, restaurants and travel companies.
That means Google hotel ads, Meta campaigns, retargeting, and email and WhatsApp to past guests. Then we trace each booking, cover and enquiry back to the channel that brought it, so you know where next season's money should go. We have worked with properties across India since 2015.
A family may watch your reel in August and book for the Puja holidays in October. So the plan is a calendar of feeder cities, meaning the cities your guests travel from.
Hotels count room nights, restaurants count covers (diners served), and travel firms count paid trips. The wider mix, with OTAs (online travel agencies such as MakeMyTrip), events and press, is on our hospitality marketing page.
Hotel ads and search ads for guests already looking.

WhatsAppCreators who reach your feeder cities, every post labelled.
InstagramYouTubeEvery booking and enquiry traced to its channel.
GoogleAds that ask dates and budget, then reply on WhatsApp.
MetaWhatsAppSEO (search engine optimisation) wins your hotel's own name search.
GoogleGoogle Business ProfileTick what you already have. The rest is where we can help.

“Many people check dates on our booking page, then leave.”
Remind them of the room and dates they saw. Our CRO (conversion rate optimisation) work fixes the step where most leave.
“We have years of guest emails and never use them.”
Clean the list, collect consent, and send a few useful messages a year by email and WhatsApp.
“Tour enquiries come in at night, and we call back two days later.”
Use lead ads that ask dates and budget, and reply on WhatsApp at once. A CRM (software that tracks every enquiry) reminds your team to call within the hour.
Our beliefWe'd rather show you results than a nice presentation.
Not sure which channel brought your last full week? Tell us the dates, and we'll tell you where we'd look first. Tell us the week
We read your booking engine, call records and PMS (property management system, the software your front desk runs on) to see where guests come from.
What can't be measured can't be achieved. We tag every link, call and WhatsApp click, and connect your booking engine so each booking counts with its value. Google's automatic bidding for hotel ads needs the full amount. Our analytics and tracking team does the set-up.
Hotel ads show beside hotel results on Google Search and Maps, with a booking link to your own page. They need a price feed from your booking engine's provider. We add Google search ads on your name.
Each feeder city gets its own Meta campaign, started before its booking window opens. Retargeting, meaning ads to people who visited and left, shows the room they saw at the full price with taxes. India's CCPA (Central Consumer Protection Authority) lists drip pricing, meaning charges added late, among 13 dark patterns (2023). We stop the reminders once their dates pass.
Past guests get a few messages a year, only if they opted in. Creator stays are labelled.

Many guests quit a hotel booking before they pay. Google's hotel ads need a price feed and tracked bookings.
In a survey of over 12,000 travellers in 14 markets, SiteMinder, a hotel software company, found that 65% of Indian travellers have abandoned an online hotel booking. Slow websites were the reason for 30%, a complicated payment step for 26% and security worries for 25%.

Our view: guests ask family and friends, look at photos and reviews, compare prices, then book where the price and payment feel easy. They drop out at a slow page, a surprise charge or a long payment step. So ads alone cannot fix a weak booking page.
You can test your booking page on a phone and ask your booking engine's provider about a Google price feed. You can ask guests for consent at check-in. Google says hotel ads need that feed, sent by you or an integration partner. Your room rates and the feed itself are not ours to set.

We read your booking data first, because it shows which weeks and cities matter. We set up tracking next, because Google's automatic bidding for hotel ads needs the full booking amount. Then we start small, in one feeder city for one season, and give more money to what paid back.

They are paid listings beside hotel results on Google Search and Maps, with your photos, price and a booking link. You need a price feed, usually through your booking engine, and you pay per click. They may suit a small hotel with a fair price. Start small, track bookings, then decide.
Yes, if the posts say so clearly. ASCI's influencer guidelines count hotel stays as a material connection. The post needs a label such as "Ad" or "Collaboration", up front where people can't miss it. On a video of 15 seconds or less, it stays on screen at least three seconds. General guidance, not legal advice.
Only to guests who gave their number and agreed to hear from you. WhatsApp's policy requires that opt-in, and every opt-out must be respected. Blocks and reports can limit your messages. Under the DPDP Rules, 2025, guests can withdraw consent at any time. Ask at checkout, and send few messages. General guidance, not legal advice.
Yes, with a different mix. Restaurants lean on Google Maps and Instagram, and we judge delivery-app ads on cost per order after commission. Cloud kitchens lean more on the apps. Tour operators need lead ads and a reply within minutes.
