“Studio ads look great, and people skip them.”

Videos that look like a customer made them, built to bring enquiries.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Polished ads look like ads, and people scroll past them. PromotEdge briefs creators to make short videos in a real customer's style for your ads and pages, so more people enquire or buy.
UGC means user-generated content. Here the creator hands you the video and you run it from your own page. It may never appear on their account, so we pick creators for how believable they are on camera, not for followers. That is the gap from influencer marketing.
A clip that sells for one brand can flop for its rival, so we never copy a plan across. We test small, then scale, as our guide to user-generated content strategy explains.
| Part | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Doubt list | The doubts worth answering, ranked by how often buyers raise them |
| Creator shortlist | Creators who sound like your buyers, with sample videos; you approve every name |
| One brief per clip | One doubt, three openings, claims allowed and not allowed, shots and length |
| Usage agreement | Where the clip may run, for how long, who keeps raw footage; signed before the shoot |
| Review and edit | Every claim checked against your facts; versions with different first three seconds |
| Small ad tests | Each clip run through Meta Ads on equal budgets, with a log of which won |
| Enquiry tracking | WhatsApp messages, calls and forms counted per clip and creator |
| Clip library | Each clip stored with its rights end date |
Brand films with a crew are a different job: see video production.

“One video worked, then stopped.”
Ads tire when the same people see them again. A bank of clips lets us swap in a fresh face every few weeks.
“The influencer's video can't be used in ads.”
That right was never in the deal. With UGC it is the point, agreed in writing before anyone shoots.
“Forty products, photos for five.”
Creators shoot in batches. One brief covers a range, each creator showing a few products in a real home, office or shop.
“Worry about a complaint over missing labels.”
A clip posted on the creator's own account needs an ad label under ASCI's rules. Every brief says so.

Start here, even if you never hire us. Give the doubt that stops most buyers to five creators. Run the five clips as small ads for a week. Keep the two or three that bring enquiries.
We talk to your sales team and read reviews, comments and past ad numbers.
The doubt list, briefs and shortlist, signed off by you. Usage agreements are signed.
Products reach the creators, who shoot at home or work. We review every clip for claims.
Each clip runs as a small ad on an equal budget. We read which bring enquiries.
Winners get more budget. Each quarter we check rights and tired clips.

A D2C brand shoots one clip per buyer doubt. A dealer-led B2B firm uses technicians and site supervisors, not lifestyle creators. A marketplace seller adds a short clip to each listing.
ASCI describes itself as an independent, voluntary self-regulatory organisation for advertising. Its influencer guidelines are why every brief carries the label rule.

Adobe says Firefly makes images and video clips from text and adds Content Credentials to what it makes. It suits storyboards and backgrounds. It does not make a real customer.

ASCI's influencer guidelines say a virtual influencer, a computer-made avatar, must also say upfront that it is not a real person.

Our view: AI will draft scripts and cut versions faster. Buyers still trust real people, so we keep real creators for the face.

No price list. These things move the number.
We don't publish a price list. Creator fees and ad budgets are third-party costs, paid at actuals and shown before you approve.

Hitesh MalhotraSports Development at Fédération Internationale de Volleyball - FIVBUGC means user-generated content. Strictly, it is what customers make on their own, like reviews and unboxings. Brands now also pay creators to make clips in that style for ads. We make that second kind. For the first, read our guide to user-generated content strategy.
It finds creators who look and sound like your buyers, briefs each on one real doubt, agrees usage rights in writing and checks every claim. Then it edits, tests the clips as ads and reports which brought enquiries. Our in-house team of 65+ people does this.
You pay an influencer for their audience. You pay a UGC creator for the clip and the right to use it. It may never appear on their account, so believability on camera matters more than followers. See our influencer marketing page for the other kind.
When a creator posts it on their own account, yes. ASCI (the Advertising Standards Council of India) asks for a clear label, such as "Ad" or "Collaboration", upfront. A free product counts too. On a video without text, the label stays at least 3 seconds. The brand shares responsibility. General guidance, not legal advice.
As long as the agreement says, and no longer. We agree platforms, ads or only your own posts, and months before the shoot. Longer use costs more. Health and finance brands need care: ASCI asks creators who advise there to hold the right qualifications and show them upfront.
We agree the goal before the first shoot and report against it monthly: enquiries and cost per enquiry for each clip, plus your sales team's view of lead quality. Ongoing work has a 3-month minimum. After that you can stop with 30 days' notice.
Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India. We talk daily by call and shared screen and visit regularly. Creators shoot where your buyers live, so we can brief creators in your city and language, and send products to them wherever they are.
Yes, for projects we think we can help. We look at your current ads and creator clips and tell you which are tired. We take on a limited number. If UGC is the wrong fix, we will say so to your face.
