Who runs your work
Good marketing happens when strategists, designers, media planners and developers work as one team, not as four agencies passing files to each other. PromotEdge is an in-house team of 65+ people in strategy, creative, media and tech.
We have worked with Indian brands since 2015, and our servicing team is based in cities across India. Founder and CEO Saurav Agarwal leads the company.
Strategists, designers, writers, film-makers, media planners and developers work as one team. That matters for you: the person who plans your campaign talks to the person who designs it every day, on calls and shared screens.
Some jobs need a skill we don't keep in-house, such as deep knowledge of one industry. Then we bring in industry consultants or partner agencies, and they work to the same plan as the rest of the team.

Who you talk to, and when
Before work starts, we agree in writing who your main contact is, how often you meet, and who signs off each piece of work.
Day to day, most clients meet us on a video call. Every month, we come and meet you in your city, and when a job needs it, we place our team at your site. We also review progress with you online every week, so quality and delivery stay on track.
Here is how we would start on your problem. First we listen to the people closest to your buyers: your sales team, your dealers, your brand manager. Then we read your numbers. We test a small idea, look at what it brought in, and put more money only behind what worked. We can't do magic alone: your sales team and dealers know things we don't, and the more involved they are, the faster you see results.
Every plan is judged against the goal you set at the start, such as enquiries, sales or footfall. What can't be measured can't be achieved, so we report on that number, not on likes or clicks. Our fee and the quote are built the same way: read how we price and quote.
